Mieke Mynhardt - Customer Success Manager

Mieke, our support rep., has been extremely helpful. She remains patient while assisting our team of 3 on video conferences. When she is able, she spends more time setting up and training than what we had scheduled. There was a miscommunication which caused a delay in responses, but it turned out that we were not getting the updated ticket notifications. She always remained pleasant and cheerful. The onboarding support has been wonderful

Great customer service - Vivek for Customer Support King!!

Great customer service! I love how ScheduleOnce has so many capabilities. But it also makes it confusing as there are so many options and places to make changes. The problem I had was that clients were booking on my calendar where I wasn't available in other calendar. I needed ScheduleOnce to read the data of my other calendar. I didn't know how to do this, so quickly went to the Live Chat Support for help Vivek was awesome. So much help! I had actually asked this question a few weeks ago but got busy and couldn't implement all of the advice given. Today, I asked Vivek on Live Chat and he gave me simple, clear advice that I was able immediately implement and problem solved!
|Also appreciate just how simple the product is. Thanks!

Amazing live chat customer service with…

Amazing live chat customer service with basically no wait time. I can easily add team members as my business scales up. Really easy to use with features thatI didn't even know I needed, but now I can't see doing business without them. And it's suuuper affordable. I love that my clients have the choice of selecting the option to get SMS notifications or not. And I can have full control of when and how many email notifications they get.

Quick and easy online scheduler set up!

Mieke did a great job with our onboarding. We had to split the call up due to some minor issues at our end and she was quite accommodating.

The scheduler system was easy to set up and customize, and Mieke was able to explain everything I needed to do to get us up and running. We do have one "wish list" item that would make the integration with our Redtail calendar even better... but as of now, we're pleased with the system.

OnceHub has made such a difference in my workflow. I absolutely love and recommend it.

I love OnceHub. This software has made it so simple for me - and my clients - to:
* schedule meetings, trainings, online and face to face,
* integrate with Zoom or Teams,
* to collect payment or not,
* to book multiple dates at once
* and give a positive first impression to your contacts

It used to be a massive pain point in my workflow to find suitable dates in our calendars, OnceHub also sends reminders by SMS or mail. Amazing. So flexible.

There are other great tools, like the chatbots and landing page feature which I haven't used much but can't wait to have time to put in place.

When I contacted support with a question about using the tool, I found support very fast and helpful.

Good customer support!

I have been using Oncehub for scheduling links for several months now. I love it. It's easy to use.

Recently, my calendar wasn't syncing with Oncehub. I was able to reach a representative easily who found the problem and had it resolved quickly.

Once Hub is ah-mazing!

Once Hub is awesome! It's been such a vital tool to our business and has been so instrumental for our processes. ALSO, I was having trouble connecting one of our Users to our account so I reached out to their team and they were so helpful! It's very rare to have humans helping us from the other side of a chat box so that is something I really appreciate. The product itself is amazing and their support team is amazing, too!

Customer support is amazing

I find the booking software is working for me, but it’s a little more complicated to navigate than I would prefer. That said, my meetings and experience with Adam my sales guide has been incredible, and has made up for the complexity 10x.

Love this service

Love this service! It makes my life so much easier. I run a practice almost entirely on my own and this platform takes care of many things at once—scheduling, integration with Zoom and Keap—and they’ve even added a forms option that I am starting to use and love, as well. Couldn’t do without it!

We've been using OnceHub for a couple of years and would recommend

We've been using OnceHub to schedule client meetings for a couple of years now and it has been a game changer for our company. It used to take many emails and phone calls back and forth to book a meeting - sometimes it took days or weeks to get a meeting on the books. Now with OnceHub we send out our scheduling link and prospects can pick a time in our calendar that's convenient for them. The Zoom link is created automatically and calendar invites are sent out to everyone. The company is great, always innovating, and they have great customer service that takes the time to understand your problem and come up with a solution - I was just on a call with Jarod Sneed on their service team and he helped me connect my OnceHub account to my email and automations through Zapier. Would recommend and we are monthly subscribers for everyone on our team.

I had a problem where my booking system…

I had a problem where my booking system was not showing any dates for september which I knew was not right i was helped quickly & efficiently and learnt how to fix this with the help of a knowledgable person and I also asked about how to block off time - I qas unqware of the busy/free boxes! Thanks so much very good support
