I purchase a pair of on cloud monster2 for my wife after a month of use, they started being uncomfortable for her, now she can’t use them anymore because is causing blisters.
I reached out to on claim team, and their response was that they don’t cover claims for that reason, they offer 20% off on a new order.
Why will order anything again with that costumer service.
On cloud is not the company it use to be.

I gave a bad review cause my shoe defected but I can honestly say there support team took care of me rite away and got me a replacement coming!!!So will update after I get new shoes 👞 didnt know oncliud can with a warranty!!!

On cloud is paying sports businesses to write good reviews on their shoes. So you can’t believe the reviews you read on the Internet.

I purchased on cloud, tennis shoes, two pairs, and there are several issues with these shoes. First off, they lack arch support, which is necessary for running, and other types of exercise. The durability of the fabric quality is cheap causing the Integrity of the shoe to become compromised and collapse after wearing for just a month. The waffle bottom of the shoe allows gravel and rocks to get embedded inside it and it’s difficult to clean.

Overall, this shoe is not a good sport shoe. Anyone who’s advertising it as being an excellent shoe, the best shoe of 2025 is not telling the truth.

Also their refund policy is terrible, as is their customer service. So don’t expect your complaints to go anywhere or get a refund after 30 days of purchase. Which is when the fabric on shoe starts to weaken and become comprised. This is unacceptable for the amount of money they charge for these shoes. They should be providing an excellent product, an excellent warranty and an excellent customer service experience. And they don’t. Buyer beware.
