Absolutely in love with my One Empire set! The design is absolutely stunning, with such beautiful attention to detail, and the quality is incredible. You can really tell how much care goes into each piece. What made the experience even better was the amazing customer service! The team was so lovely, helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to make the whole experience special. Such a beautiful brand with exceptional products and service to match. I havent received things. that's over a week.

I ordered the stunning Lissa set in Medium for a boudoir shoot and was a little nervous about the fit and postage arriving in less than 4 days. Although the team were so sweet and helpful. I received my set in just a few days and I ADORE it!! It’s absolutely so classy, well made and is the perfect fit. I’m so happy, grateful and feel confident. I can’t wait to get more sets the quality and style is beautiful.

I honestly never wanted to write a review like this, but I am so disappointed with my experience that I feel I have to share it.

I genuinely love ONE EMPIRE’s sets, which makes this situation even more upsetting.

I requested an exchange, which was approved, and paid for the return postage myself. However, I later found out that a refund was not an option under their change-of-mind return policy.

I completely understand that businesses have policies, and I respect that. However, I am a traveller and no longer have a permanent delivery address. I have explained this to customer service several times, because store credit or an exchange is unfortunately not a practical solution for me.

I was told that my exchange would be put on hold while my situation was reviewed with a manager and that they would look into the available options. My return has since been received, but despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I have still not received a response.

What disappoints me the most is the lack of communication. I have tried to be patient and understanding throughout this entire process, but I feel that my concerns are not being taken seriously.

I was simply hoping that someone would take my circumstances into consideration and perhaps offer a one-time exception or a reasonable compromise. Instead, I have been left waiting without any clear answer.

I really did not want to have to write a negative review, especially because I genuinely like the products. However, this experience has left me feeling incredibly frustrated, disappointed and unsupported as a customer.

I hope ONE EMPIRE takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication and transparency regarding its return policy, so other customers know exactly what to expect before making a purchase.

I absolutely love this brand! Honestly, their pieces make me feel so confident and sexy. The outfits are absolutely stunning while also being incredibly comfortable to wear.

My whole experience with this brand has been amazing. The way they are always willing to help me with anything is incredible, and you can truly trust them. They make you feel so comfortable and supported, and you never feel judged. Their customer service is honestly amazing, and it makes the whole experience even more special.

Terrible return policy. Some items can only be returned for store credit. You have to pay to post the items back yourself: when usuing your store credit you also have to pay for postage. I nearly spent the same amount of money on postage as the item.

Absolutely love the quality, fit and look of my slip dress from one empire. I feel not only comfortable but confident wearing this piece ! X

Really good quality

I absolutely loved the customer service aswell as the lingerie itself. They have such beautiful and unique pieces that I couldn’t find anywhere else & much cheaper than most places too. The quality was good, nothing spectacular but definitely still holds up perfectly.

Feels like this business is scamming me. I placed an 3rd July and it’s 28th July and it has not even left the facility!
I reached out to get an update and they said shipping was typically 15 business days. It’s past that and there’s still no movement. Incredibly disappointed with the customer service - I feel scammed!
