I asked a simple question about shipping as I was let down by another company
Response was quick and kind
Not only did it happen how I was told it would but I also got a follow up to check wholly Dooley !! Love it cause that’s what I would do

Absolutely love the piece I received from One Empire. It fits me perfectly and is so flattering. The material is good quality and the design is beautiful. The package was delivered really quick within a few days and the customer service was great. The staff I dealt with online were super friendly and supportive. I highly recommend this brand.

the best lingerie i have ever put on my body !!! so comfy and such good quality

I was on the bus trip to the Lavender farm, Niagara Falls and Cherry picking - my experience was great. I was with good friends and had a wonderful time. Kim was great, friendly, was giving good information of what we would expect. She was so helpful with pictures and always had a smile. The driver was also great, a good driver willing to help going in and out of the bus. Altogether il was a great day. Carole

Hands down best customer service I’ve ever encountered! The team is extremely friendly and willing to help out by all means to ensure you get your order as soon as possible!

I ordered a set from one empire and the shipping was great, the process was easy and the quality of the lingerie is amazing! Will definitely be ordering more!

The item arrived in a very poor condition. The stitching was coming undone in multiple areas with loose threads throughout the garment. The item also had an unpleasant smell on arrival.

The original garment tags appeared to have been removed, and there were replacement tags attached to the item. I have attached photos showing the condition received.

Based on my experience, the quality did not match expectations for the price

So beautiful

Above and beyond my expectations. Easy to navigate online shopping experience. Order arrived on time, unharmed and fit perfectly. Outfits all exceeded my initial quality of materials worry. Delicate and durable. Definitely recommend to everyone I know.

So easy to connect with, parcel arrived so quickly and the set is just stunning. Amazing quality 🤍
