We've loved our Onepiece onesies and, after years of use, were keen to buy new Onepieces. I placed an order and heard nothing further until I followed up a month later. Onepiece said: "We regret to inform you that your order could not be processed due to an unknown error."

The issue was dismissed because they "did not come across any other orders with the same error from the same day." That didn't give me confidence.

Hopefully they can fix their website and support as the products are great.

Top nice and fantastic products. Fast and safe delivery. If it wasn’t for the website which was kind of weird and suspect - reminding me of one of the fake sites (I was really in doubt whether it was a safe site) - I would have given 5 stars.

I have bought 2 puppy feel onesies. The fit and feel is great. Main downside is that both of them the zips have come off and are now useless after the first wash. Both of them? Yes both of them the zips have come off which leaves the garment pretty much useless. So I cannot recommend this product due to the poor manufacturing. They are not cheap either. Not good Onepiece/Onetime.

I went by the office in Oslo twice, (to change size, and then one with flaw).
John(ny) at the office helped me out gladly. He provided excellent service, and I got my new black velvet Onepiece within a few days! Love it!

Die Anzüge sind schön, aber vorsicht, fallen mega groß aus!
10 Euro Versand UND 10 Euro fürs Zurücksenden sind aber schon heftig!
Dann schlagt es doch gleich auf den Preis rauf, dann fällt es nicht so auf und man hat keinen bitteren Nachgeschmack.

I had ordered three (!) onepieces that I had to send back - one because I found another I liked better, but only after I had purchased the first one. The other two because of wrong size. I came in contact with Jayd, a wonderful and lovely person who helped me through the return processes - what a customer care QUEEN you are!! The perfect example of what customer care should look like in every company. Makes me like the brand Onepiece even more <3

Kjøpte og returnerte en vare, dette skulle de ha 238,- for. Har aldri opplevd lignende på nettkjøp. Skygg unna!!

Jeg bestilte "Mountain Climber Jumpsuit" under inntrykket at denne skulle være varmere enn andre onepiecer da det står "Keeping you warm and stylish on the slopes, with various vents to cool you down if needed." i beskrivelsen. Trenger ikke åpne ventilene for å si det sånn! Den er ikke varmere enn 'reise' onepiecen min og stoffet suger jo til seg snø, så den egner seg dårlig til bruk i snøen uansett.

I tillegg er den bare helt middelmådig sydd med løse tråder, falske brystlommer og null for utenom i hetten.
Siden jeg kjøpte den på 70% avslag vil jeg si jeg fikk grei verdi for pengene, men hadde jeg kjøpt den til full pris hadde den faktisk blitt returnert.

4 onesies besteld. 1 vielen de knopen vanaf, bij de ander zijn ze de mouwen vergeten dicht te maken zit in een gat in van 5 cm en de ander heeft een klein gaatje in de broekspijp.
De laatste durf ik niet aan te trekken want dan lacht de kleermaker mij uit, dat ik een malloot ben die daar blijft kopen.

I've bought a few ONEPIECE Jumpsiutes in the past and wouldn't want to do without them in my life. I wear them at home, but also for a quick shopping trip, simply because I'm too comfortable to change.
In December 2023, a zip broke and after I described the damage and sent detailed photos, I was unexpectedly sent a completely new ONEPIECE. A great experience just before Christmas!
After owning several ONEPIECEs, I can say that they are very comfortable to wear, but also very easy to wash. For me, a safe recommendation to buy for close friends!

Onesie Norwegian Heritage bekommen. Nach einem Tag war der Reißverschluss komplett kaputt. Reklamation per Mail beim Kundenservice angefragt. Seit einer Woche keine Reaktion. Geht gar nicht.

Update 02.01.2024: Der Kundenservice hat sich nun bei mir gemeldet und eine sehr kulante Lösung angeboten. Fehler können passieren und entsprechende Anliegen werden bei ONEPIECE kundenfreundlich gelöst. Ich werde wieder bei ONEPIECE bestellen.

Achtung Ware wird defekt ohne Rücksendeschein geliefert. Teilweise einfach in einer Plastiktüte. Telefonnummer existiert nicht, auf emails wird nicht reagiert.VORSICHT !!!!!!!

I love the onepieces. Super warm and cozy. I always ordered a size smaller and it fits perfectly. Fast delivery, very nice contact to support with quick help. I am completely satisfied ☺️

Heel bijzonder, onepiece zet kritische of slechte reviews niet op hun site! Ze vragen er wel om na aankoop, maar ze plaatsen ze dus selectief.
Mijn bestelling kwam wel aan, maar is qua stof niet echt top (hij trekt echt alle stof aan) en is veel te zwaar, waardoor alles naar beneden hangt. Ik heb de pijpen al in moeten laten maken, terwijl ik niet klein ben!

Great website loads of photos etc. The biggest decision is what size to order my advise would be take the time and measure your body as per their size guide. I am a UK size 10, 8 stone 9lbs and 5 foot 4 inches. I am usually a size small and sent for the XS however it was too big particularly in the crotch area which was almost down to my knees. After a few returns and refunds I sent for the XXS which was a much better fit for me as I don't like them too baggy. Sleeves could be a bit longer and the pouch pockets are way too small however they are super soft and cozy with a quality zip etc. Quite pricey items would only ever buy when on sale and free delivery. Jayd in customer service was brilliant throughout with quick and friendly replies.

Es handelt sich um eine Überraschung, ein Weihnachtsgeschenk. Aber geliefert wird mit "The Jumpsuit Company" in Fettschrift auf der Verpackung. Die Überraschung ist also dahin. Vielen Dank auch!!

Ich hatte mir einen Jumpsuit bestellt, dessen Qualität mir nicht gefiel. Habe ihn mit hohen Rücksendekosten zurück geschickt und warte jetzt seit 6 Wochen auf mein Geld. Angebliche Probleme mit dem Paypal-Account von Onepiece sollen die Rückzahlung immer wieder verzögern. Sehr ärgerlich.
Einmal und nie wieder.
