I was recommended by a salesperson at a well known diy store.
Upon visiting the store I found the staff very helpful rom sales to delivery and knowledgeable. I wasn.t pressured but given sound advice.I returned the following day and was actually shown a worktop being prepared, which turned out to be exactly the style I wanted. Iplaced an order for a 3m & 4m worktop at a very competitive price.
The tops were delivered today (09/03/26 ) exactly as promised. From sales to delivery the service was 1st class, highly recommended

We were kept in the loop from start to finish the fabrication was completed as per the drawing making installation so easy.
All the staff we met from sales to delivery were so helpful especially the delivery team allowing us time to get the tops inside and safe from any damage.

On my return visit to one stop to purchase worktops and upstands, I asked about the company price matching policy advertised on one stops website. On checking online to find that a competitor, was in fact cheaper, I was furnished with the response "well buy it from them then". Not exactly the reply I was anticipating!

Complete set of replacement doors ordered everything made easy from helpful advice on how to measure and a double check on the order made for a very smooth replacement. Kitchen looks like one 3 times the price

I purchased my solid surface worktops back in November 2020. A few weeks ago one of them cracked spontaneously. I called One Stop who were both concerned and very helpful in resolving the problem, contacting both the manufacturer and fitter to assist. One stop provided the material and the fitter came and undertook a repair very quickly. Really pleased with the aftercare and would use One stop again because of this. Thanks Howard!

Great service from the minute I asked for help , everything was explained to me and my order was delivered on the correct day all parts were there .I used one of their fitters and what a lovely professional guy , all products and work done was top class and I.would highly recommend this company.

Bad experience on their website. I chose for cutting and edging but they did not do
it because of their website problem. their deliver man even did not have 2 minutes waiting for me to make a call to check my order. The woman answered the phone even more rude when shouted at me.

Prompt delivery and good customer service. Their staff were very helpful in letting me know the likely time of delivery which was reasonably accurate.

I think this is the first review I've ever written but the spot on customer service I received from Howard deserves this! Trued to save a couple of quid getting my worktops somewhere else.. Big mistake..got let down and tried tonget the same worktop at several other places. Stumbled upon onestop worktops, spoke to Howard who went out of his way to get what I needed to save a lot of headache for me. This will ALWAYS be my one and only place to get worktops. Thanks

Having been let down by another company at short notice stumbled across One Stop spoke with Howard and he was extremely helpful..ordered and delivered on time..really good service and product..looks great..

They always say if you want something done ask somebody who is busy. These people are always busy because their customer service second to none. Calls are always answered, messages accurately conveyed and good delivered promptly.

Just requested worktop samples only pound each.came next day,very impressed

Have used One Stop a number of times, have had the odd hiccup but impressed by the way they solve the problems without drama and all staff go out of their way to help.
Cannot think why would go elsewhere

First class company to deal with. Howard went above and beyond to have the worktops we chose (and couldn't source elsewhere) delivered to our remote location on the north coast of Scotland. He went out of his way to organise delivery to us. It was quite a challenge for him to find couriers who would deliver to our area and surprise, surprise our worktops did arrive on the day promised. Cannot fault this company and would definitely recommend. Thank you Howard for all your help.

Process was well managed from start to finish. Britney persevered with my poor attempts at measuring to make sure I had covered everything and doubled checked all measurements. Order arrived very well wrapped and exactly to measurement. A few hours later about 7m of worktops installed and looking fantastic.

My worktops were left, contrary to my request to leave them in the garden at the front of the property and damaged bins they were lent against. I called to ask why this was done and was shouted at and told I had been told the driver would need help (I wasn't) and that it wouldn't have been a problem if I'd been home (I'm aware of that). You guys need some serious communication training.

All good from start to finish,there were hiccups with their supplier but good communication from everyone at Onestop even the Boss is approachable.
So I have No hesitation in recommending this company higher than Worktop Express for better value and better quality stuff.

Very pleased with our worktops, ordering was easy and how to measure them and add cutouts for sink hob and joints. Delivery was on time and worktops were packed professionaly.
Would recommend highly.
