I got my full order and it didn't take too long considering it was being imported

The formula was supposed to arrive between June 7-13. It is now June 16th and PostNL is apologizing for not delivering the package yet but the package has not arrived at PostNL. My child needs food and I had to borrow from friends their formula, luckily my friends have some to share. Please send me the formula or give me my money back so I can buy it somewhere else. Thank you.

2 weeks passed, still waiting

Expedited 3 day shipping never arrived. I tracked and even called and emailed. Then I get this response from UPS “ the milk is not approved in the U.S. The FDA will not allow it to clear customs. UPS emailed Anyorganics on Feb 8th, 9th, 12th and the 18th about the customs issue and they did not hear back from Anyorganics. “Customs will destroy/dispose the package” UPS said. “Please call the Anyorganics and get a refund.”

Well, I waited a month for my Babys milk to arrive. And it didn’t. We actually run out and were scrambling to get the baby’s milk from another shipper. Reached out to Anyorganics. They refunded our money and said this was a random customs check that happens sometimes. Waste of my time. Why they didn’t respond 4 times to UPS and customs I cannot explain that. Or even let me know that my package is stuck somewhere and they are reshipping? I order in bulk. My order was close to $700 and they couldn’t help UPS by answering their emails for over a month to get the shipment to me.

Great, great, great, great

I ordered on November 22nd and still don’t have my two cans of formula. I’m so thankful that I brought a extra can on my trip because I have no idea when it will arrive. UPS has it but no updates on when it will be delivered. I expected to have it in 3 business days at the most because that is what the website said. Please help me get my formula or a refund.
