Dear Jenny,
The Printer that you placed was processed and shipped to you promptly. Since Epson wants the End User to contact them directly in case of a malfunction, you have been provided Epson’s number. Please let me know if there is any other assistance you require.

Dear Michelle,
You ordered the Cipherlab scanners that were promptly shipped by us to you. Since you raised a concern, our warehouse technician tried his best to help you. As a POS Hardware supplier we can supply the hardware to you. May be it is a software issue that you are facing and for software integration its best that you touch base with the software guys.
Kind regards,
Vani
