After about 1 year the onntrack 400 stopped working. Great service within warranty and it's working perfectly again.
Strongly recommends it's a solid company with good commucation

Idk how are they still operational , worst renting service , you book the vehicle and they ask you to pick a day later , show some urgency and they give you the vehicle that doesn't run has like 100 faults and when you ask them to get it repaired they ask you to come the next day, keep you waiting for weeks and finally after some 100 reminder you are give the vehicle , with no improvements . At this point feels like ive put myself into a problem renting from ontrack, ahh customer service is the worst compared to competitors..you have so many different options in the city go for them , NOT ontrack .....

This is by far the absolute worst “delivery” service out there! In fact the are a holding facility and not a delivery service.
Today is day 6 that 2 of my 3 packages are “delayed due to weather” when literally every other delivery service has been up here all week, and for the past 2 days the skies are blue and their ads are clear with no chain requirements.
The fact that when I check the status of my packages i.e. at 3 in the afternoon and the tracking says delayed with a “time stamp” of 10pm that same day (not sure how that works unless they are located in Iceland) just shows how unprofessional and ridiculous this company operates.

También existen deficiencias en el producto. Durante la presentación de venta se menciona que se pueden realizar modificaciones según las necesidades del usuario; sin embargo, al solicitarlas, estas no se llevan a cabo debido a que deben pasar por demasiados filtros y, según comentan, dichos cambios no siempre se autorizan (en la práctica, casi nunca se realizan).

En cuanto a la obtención de información desde la aplicación, los reportes son muy generales. Hay mucha información que no puede extraerse directamente y debe obtenerse de manera manual.

En general, no la recomiendo.

J'avais eu recours à Ontrack il y a plusieurs années, et tout s'était parfaitement passé.
Et aujourd'hui, bourde de ma part.
Je les ai rappelé, un peu paniquée, pour voir s'ils pouvaient m'aider: malgré les années écoulées, la personne (qui avait été mon contact à l'époque) a pris le temps de faire hot-line et de m'expliquer patiemment comment résoudre mon problème pas à pas. Et nous l'avons fait ensemble pour être certains que je ne me trompais pas dans les manipulations.
Un niveau de service rare! Et apprécié !

another encounter with this company, You can't call them (there is a reason for that) their chat is a joke, they mark undelivered packages as delivered and they lie about deliver times

Worst shipping comany in the world everytime this company handles a package of mine its returned to sender they fail to deliver when no notes are needed. I live in a 24-7 building with very easy access and get mail no problem from all the big companies. Horrible support horrible service and everything. When i order items online I now ask them if they send my package to ontrak i can not do business with them.

My package was mis-sorted and is still 150 miles away for 5 days. It's been 10 days since they received the package! You can't talk to anyone. They don't answer so you have to use the chat! (please!!!) If you look at the tracking, each day it says it's suppose to arrive.
I would never recommend this company!!

BIG SCAM! I ordered from this site. They send me a tracking number and they send to a wrong address instead and I follow up they send me another tracking number and the tracking number has no updates. Do not order anything from this website i keep emailing them they answer in the beginning and they stop replying after 3 replies. They won’t refund my money.

While they weren’t able to help my specific issue, Ashley, the amazing soul that answered the phone, was such a breath of fresh air. As much as I needed my work done , her energy completely shifted my mood. I’ve actually never have someone tell me they can’t help me and have me smiling the whole time lol. She was honest and still helpful. It’s been a stressful day guys so I’m not even being exaggerated, she really did turn my day around. Shout out to Ashley ❤️

Die Festplatte meines Laptops war defekt und startete nicht mehr. Ich habe sie zunächst einem lokalen Dienstleister zum "Retten" gegeben. Dieser kam zu keinem Ergebnis und hat mir Ontrack empfohlen.
Zunächst war mein Eindruck von der Firma gut. Ich hatte zwei ausführliche Telefonate, zum einen zum allgemeinen ersten Vorgehen der Datenanalyse, dann ein zweites als es um die konkrete Datenrettung ging und ich den knapp 300€-Auftrag erteilt habe.
Und dann war Funkstille...ich habe im April 2025 Ontrack beauftragt und habe 2 Monate lang immer nur auf meine Ansprache hin ein Update zur Datenrettung bekommen. Kundenservice stelle ich mir anders vor.
Leider war die Datenrettung von der defekten Festplatte nicht möglich. In der finalen E-Mail an mich konnte seitens Ontrack weder das kaputte Bauteil benannt, noch ein Tätigkeitsnachweis mir geliefert werden. Das hinterlässt bei mir das Gefühl, dass ich 300€ für nichts ausgegeben habe.
Ich würde Ontrack nicht noch einmal beauftragen.

Meine Festplatte hatte wohl einen mechanischen Defekt. Es hatte leise Piep Geräusche gemacht und mein Laptop ließ sich nicht mehr hochfahren (bzw. es wurde kein Betriebssystem erkannt). Nach telefonischer Beratung hatte ich die Festplatte ausgebaut und eingeschickt. Nach erster Diagnose sagte man mir, 99% der Daten könnten gerettet werden. So war es am Ende auch. Selbst die günstigste Option ist nicht gerade günstig, aber es hat sich für meine Bilder gelohnt. Vielen Dank! Meine Empfehlung haben sie.
