Ontraport is amazing!

The interface is very easy to use and the support staff is incredibly helpful and prepared for any and all questions you might have.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they check email lists before letting you send them out. I understand it's to ensure the user hasn't bought lists, but it's the user that actually uses Ontraport.

The best customer service!

Ontraport hands down has the best customer service I have ever received. The chat function is my favorite because I get my questions answered by a real person in real time. I love the software, I love the functionality and I am obsessed with the customer service. Thanks for being so amazing

Don't even bother with the other CRMs

I have been with Ontraport since the very early days and while I've experienced many other ESPs and CRMs, nothing compares to OP. So powerful and intuitive. Their customer care is second to none by a long shot - kind, caring, clever, knowledgable, and witty. Not sure if witty is a requirement to work for them but they seem to attract great humans. Their Facebook group is a massive resource and the head guy, Landon, is in there daily talking with people and helping them to connect dots. The community is full of really creative users who help with creating the infrastructure you need in your CRM. I'll admit, I play a bit too much inside OP but it's because it's actually enjoyable for this solopreneur whose time and energy are very valuable. But the features just keep getting better and better. I'm a lifer.

I have been blown away time and time…

I have been blown away time and time again by the support I have received from Ontraport. I recently moved over from Infusionsoft and it was literally the best decision I ever made. The online chat support feature is incredibly helpful. I have never felt like my questions are stupid or beyond the scope of their willingness to answer. I feel like I am getting free training with my subscription!

Excellent product with unlimited…

Excellent product with unlimited options. Fantastic customer support, they never say no and they help you solve your problems. Fantastic company, great pricing, and an amazing CRM.

They're marketing funnels with assisted builds would cost thousands if you were to hire a marketer. I highly recommend them!

When Tina Turner wrote the song, "The Best" she wrote it for individuals like Rashelle Monet... Rashelle is simply the best... I was at a crossroads within my CRM account and she was able to unpack, extrapolate, and put together a framework integrated with another software that availed a roadmap to suffice my business needs and saved me a ton of manual hours.
...but wait there's more. She didn't blow me a virtual kiss and send me on my way; she followed up! Who does that? Rashelle at Ontraport, that's who...
