I'm new to Ontraport, having used Infusionsoft, Drip and Clickfunnels for years. Ontraport is so different, but yet, when I asked from chat how to do this or that, I got quick replies that showed the simplicity of this platform :)

There are so many things you can do with Ontraport and if you don't know how to do something, the support team there is awesome. They are happy to make quick tutorial videos and that speeds up the learning process as well as getting things in place without too much overwhelm and frustration.

I continue to be blown away by the expertise and professionalism of all associates at Ontraport. It's why I am OK giving them a sizable monthly retainer each month to run and operate my backend. Even if I don't get my initial concerns addressed (because I don't always have all the moving parts connected), I am directed on how I can get my problem solved with the missing steps/pieces provided by your team. Ontraport has the best live chat customer service I've ever experienced. Nearly every person there is super knowledgeable, gives you resources and solutions and even screencasts and videos to walk you through it and does it super fast. I love ontraport and recommend it all the time. I worked with Rochelle today on an issue with a somewhat obscure integration and she helped me with solutions super fast. Thank you ontraport for being such a 5 star company all around.

I hit the ground running (and seemingly on fire) when joined a team that was preparing for a launch and using this service. I was completely unfamiliar with it, but I quickly learned that I can always count on Ontraport support to send me in the right direction -- but today Saif went above and beyond. He helped me in chat several times today during a stressful launch. By answering my questions quickly and thoughtfully, sending (and then re-recording and resending) video walkthroughs so that I can reference / create usable SOPs, and actually using context from my situation rather than simply answering the question, Saif got me up and running, eased the stress and caught potential catastrophes before they happened. The best. Can't thank you enough.
