We are pleased with the protector ordered and received! Purchased another brand and it was nothing like the photo/advertisement...shipped it back. Saw the Onuia product and decided to purchase. Glad we did! The quality is excellent and is exactly as described and pictured! Thank you for being reputable! Would purchase again!

Easy to order… answered my question about shipping in a timely matter

This was my first time ordering from Onuia. I was excited to try their towels. I wanted to have a better quality of towels. As I waited for them to arrive, time was going by. I checked other reviews and they said that their orders showed up in a week or two. I emailed Onuia and inquired about the delay in my order. Emily responded quickly. She said there was a problem with my address. I live in the Caribbean. We readdressed the order to my mother in-laws home. Emily told me she would personally keep an eye on the delivery. She did. She kept me updated. Emily went above and beyond, which you just don’t see these days. Emily made my experience wonderful! I thanked her and told her what a kind, thoughtful and special person she is. Onuia has a special employee that will excel with this company or wherever she goes.

Clear content, easy to select options.

When I received the towels, I was disappointed with the few loose threads, and the towels are much thinner than advertised. I contacted the customer service for a refund. I was advised to go ahead to wash and dry the towels to fluff up the material, which did fluff up but still not as thick as my other towels. Also, the size of the bath towels is about one inch smaller than my other towels. As Onuia's request, I did send them pictures of the defected towels, and they arranged a replacement at no cost, with nothing to send back. I also wanted to thank Emily from the customer service for her superb service.

Quick and accurate. I hope this GSM-1000 topper is better than the $50 one I bought elsewhere in order to try it out That one worked fine, though soon it developed a lump one one side due to my peculiarity in sleeping position. I trust that investing 5 times as much sales is from that lump. (My wife thinks that it was due to the extreme folding to make it fit in a small box.)

They are lightweight, I just wish the handtowells and washcloths were not so expensive. They are delicate and really dry you, they aren't stiff, they don't ball up and feel scrathcy, I really like them..but I need many more wash clothes and hand towels than come with the bundles.

I have washed the Onuia towel several times and the softness and absorption really make a lot of difference.
I'm obsessed with towels and I have a lot of them but this brand is one of my favorites. The red color I got did not match what I had in mind. I thought they would be more of a different shade of red. I still like them. The green ones are better color.

Excellent at communicating with their customers, on top of providing great products. The Bath Sheets, bathrobes, and bath mats are of excellent quality and provide an aura of luxury and comfort.

Great selection...easy order process with flexible payment methods, allowing for dividing payments into sensible interest free payments over short time periods. Overall, a most pleasant experience.

I needed towels for an apartment that we rented in North Carolina (we just became grandparents and our son lives here.) I read such great reviews about these towels so I bought 4 bath bundles in different colors. I bought them back in July but due to health problems in my family, we did not arrive here until October. I started washing them as soon as I got here and they immediately started falling apart in the washing machine-lots of lint and pilling-they are an inferior product. They are thin and not plush at all. DO NOT BUY THEM!

Ease of ordering

So far we love our mattress pad…it is soft, fluffy and helps give us a great night’s sleep. Highly recommend.

Very nice ! Understandable and easy to order

My wife did not want more towels. When I called for an RMS I was told that I would have to pay for shipping — which I knew — back to China for $25-$40. Nowhere was that disclosed. Classic bait and switch and way to force customers who changed their mind to keep towels. I decided to get rid of them anyway and will likely get back no more that 75% of what I paid. Zero trust score deserved.
