Great price
Great price! Love these towels. Unfortunately due to a skin condition (temporary) my dermatologist told me to wash my towels in hot water. I did and ruined their softness. I am sad but now I can get new ones!!!

Luxury towels at home
Website was easy to use, discounts clearly marked. After I receive my towels and use them I have a feeling I will be back to get sets for my daughters. Hope there will be discounts when I return. After reading about the towels quality I can't wait to use them, experience them!

Ordered and received a set of 2 bath, 2 hand and 4 facecloths
Ordered and received a set of 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 4 face cloths in blue. Washed as per instructions. They came out seriously pilled and damaged. We were offered replacements or refund and we could keep the towels. We took refund and were sent the better set, the 800 versus the 600 version.
Washed them and they were worse.
This time, instead of taking replacements, we were now told that we had to return the set first.
Not worth the hassle. We’ll take the lose.
These are not luxury hotel grade towels by any means.
Thank you Romeo for your contact and for the refund. It says a lot about you and your company. I wish you well and success. Still trying and after third wash, there is still pilling and we haven’t used them yet.
May have gotten a couple of bad batches, however…
