I made the initial $100 deposit to receive $100 in free bets. I hit on the first parlay winning $243. Logged into Onyx the next day and was informed my account has been suspended. I contacted customer support numerous times and I haven’t received a response. Googled to see if there were issues with the site and went down a Reddit rabbit hole where so many other people are dealing with this same issue. Class action lawsuit to get these guys out of here??? Better off setting your money on fire.

Onyx odds is a scam I won multiple parlays and they won’t pay me email me and they also restricted my account it’s a SCAM YOW WILL NOT BE LAID WHEN YOU WIN!!!

If I could give NO STARS I would. I placed a couple beats & won & Have not been paid. Now my account is suspended. & Support is not getting back to me. Such a shitty business

John from the support team is the man onyx he needs a raise

DO NOT USE THIS BOOK. HAVE 3000 saved and I can’t withdraw. Didn’t go against TOS and they approved it but no show. Horrible contact support aswell

This site is a scam. They offer sign up bonuses. When you win they don’t pay out and they suspend your account.

It’s a great starting app. It’s In beta, it’s still awesome. I enjoy it and it’s gonna become my main over FanDuel. The help/support is quick and easy, they reply fast and are super helpful. You even get 2 $25 bonus bets when your friends sign yp and deposit $10 through your referral link! Come check this app out!

Absolutely love this site! They are super competitive with the more known sites, FD, DK etc. By far the best I’ve used. Payouts in less than 24hrs, competitive lines, and my experience with customer service has been outstanding. Response times in less than 10 minutes. I love you guys!!

Ive been on Onyx for about 8 months now. Overall, I don't have any major complaints. Sometimes the platform lags a little, but with them being a new company and working out some kinks, it is highly understandable. Customer support is wonderful. Timely and respectful responses. I suggest using Onyx :)

Done all the betting apps… this one is by far my favorite, quick to pay out… fast respond time from support >30 min always, you can do unlimited legs unlike underdog which max at 8… Overall just a more fun better betting experience than the other apps. Easily a 5-star if I could I’d give them a 6-7 star

Literally the best upcoming sports book they do really good boosts and response time is super fast when you need help , definitely recommend.

Best 18+ software no doubt. Most legit and the best odds out there!

I see a lot of stuff online saying payouts don’t happen but i receive all my redemptions in under 24 hours
Best website i’ve ever used better than the bigger books like draftkings and fanduel I would like to see a purpose for onyx coins though

THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE SCAM IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE SCAMS CAM SCAM STAY AWAY

Enjoying the app everyday I log in, it’s easy to use and you receive the money very quickly.

Jay is a special young man. I assume he's a young man and is very knowledgeable. The customer service that I experienced with onyx odds is unparalleled in today's times. I would recommend them nine times out of nine. And below I think that's kind of presumptuous to call it a date between us, but we definitely had a special connection. Here's looking at you Jay!

Most definitely enjoy your platform! Great Customer service and are always super quick to fix any issues for me that may arise

Right now 1 star. 1, because they don't have live chat or a number to call. 2, because I signed up and after I verify I'd and picture it tells me to go back to make site. I then try to deposit and it doesn't let me because it keeps telling me to verify my id.

Hi all. Onyx Odds scammed me. I deposited the initial $10 for $100 in free bets. I ran it up to $300, and my account got suspended. I have tried for WEEKS to get through to support and nobody answers. This website is a SCAM. Do NOT deposit any real money here!
