Love these
Love these! I’ve got a very painful Achilles heel and I bought these to wear around the house to ease the pain and it has worked! Amazing comfort and much less pain and so supportive. Great delivery and easy to navigate the website! Highly recommend these and have told my dad to get a pair of men’s to ease the muscle pains after golf!

I have a pair of OOfos sandals and they are great - I recently ordered a pair of shoes - I was’nt sure if I’d be a 5 or 6 so I ordered both. Unfortunately I’m somewhere in the middle and they don’t do half sizes. I was impressed though how quickly they arrived - it was free to return them and I was refunded swiftly. Full marks for service and if you ever move in to half sizes I’ll be back. Still living my recovery sandals too.

Very comfortable, but expensive
Bought these for my father who has Plantar fasciitis. I am told they are really comfortable and incredibly light - he loves them. However, I thought they are very expensive for what they are >£120 (mostly neoprene type fabric). The OOFOS team are really helpful and have assured me that the shoes are guaranteed for six months so I am sure they're are confident in their quality. Time will tell!

Hey Anthony,
sorry for the late response and to hear that the shoes didn't work for you. Not every foot is the same and our shoes weren't giving you the stress relief they give to others. I hope you found the right shoes for you to ease the pain!
Thanks
Your OOFOS Team

we already had mail contact.
Thanks for your feedback and we are glad to hear that the shoes help with your Plantar Fasciitis. I'm sorry that we don't manufacture the shoes you are looking for in size 4 but we will take your feedback suggestion onboard. GREAT PRODUCT WORTH 4 STARS..BUT NOT CHEAP.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORTH 1 STAR....3 ABORTED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS WITH A TERRIBLE DELIVERY COMPANY. NEITHER OOFOS OR THE DELIVERY COMPANY HAVE A LANDLINE NUMBER FOR ISSUES, COMPLAINTS OR CONCERNS. NEVER DID GET TO FIND OUT IF THE PROBLEM LAY WITH OOFOS OR DPD, BUT A 'ONE STOP SHOP' IT AIN'T!...... AND YET TO RECEIVE ANY APOLOGY OR FOLLOW UP....THEY HAVE MY MONEY...SO WHO CARES!

Hello Charles,
I'm really sorry for your bad experiences so far. We had mail contact in December and we adjusted the delivery address together after there were problems at first. Could you please contact me again through the customer support mail address OOfos@i-fulfilment.co.uk to clarify the issues you still have?
