I was working hard growing my marketing agency and I still had an old laptop - used Ooodles to upgrade to a very powerful Macbook Pro M3 without having to worry about cash flow. Ordered it on Thursday, received it on Saturday. I love love love how simple it was

Crap service to start with, teh portal asks for docuemnst but does not really tell you what documents, not friendly at all. As for the hooyu intergration do not bother its awful and the contact page does not work. Not impressed at all

Easy ordering, next day delivery and REALLY responsive support people. Only reason not 5 stars is due to the Mac not being enrolled in Apple Business Manager automatically. Have received a response from them and they're hopefully fixing this for future orders :)

The whole process from start to finish was quick and easy. We ordered a CTO device which would usually take 4-6 weeks to arrive but it came in less than 24 hours. Sarah made the process incredibly easy and was always quick to reply and assist :)

This is our second plan with Ooodles now as really easy to set up and efficient, friendly service.

Helpful when selling to me and getting me to commit to the credit agreement. But when it came to delivery the process was dreadful. No confirmation of order being accepted, No email to confirm shipping. Then the products turned up at our offices when nobody there. They need to automate their e-commerce journey more. Shame as overall experience in other areas was good but this caused us issues and incurred extra costs for us to have to pickup etc.

I’ve used Ooodles for a few years now, but today I enquired about an upgrade and was told that personal upgrades are no longer available. Only business customers are offered tech rental now as company policy. Very disappointing

The Ooodles team were always on hand throughout the application process to explain the next steps and what was required, and once the order was placed I received the delivery the very next day - can't fault the service.

Great customer service, however slight delay with delivery as it appeared that the contract wasn't finalised on their side quickly. Otherwise, all good.

Martin from customer service was fantastic! After going through an unresolved complaint, he took ownership and within a day my complaint was resolved. He was apologetic, understanding, and extremely helpful. As a bonus, he said I would receive my new phone two days later, I have actually received it one day later. A massive thank you to MARTIN! Deserves a pay rise.
