Very good price was given for my property and the sale went through very fast too when I needed it the most. I was allowed to remain in the house until I was ready to move to my next house. Very honest and reliable company to do business with. Highly recommended.

Jake and Jason were so helpful in buying a difficult to sell flat. They are very knowledgable of the industry and don't give false advice. They were true to their word in price and paying for solicitors. They certainly have an important position in the property market.

Didn’t work out for my circumstances this time but were helpful providing intel / market background etc

Jason was great to deal with, did exactly what he said he was going to do and all round everyone got a great deal!

I have been with Open Property Group for over 7 years now and i couldn’t think of a better landlord. They go above and beyond whenever there is a problem in the property i rent, i always have a response the same day and someone sent out very quickly to attend any problems.
The whole team are always very helpful and lovely to me but especially Melissa, making me and my children feel very safe and secure in our home that we rent.

Top, top company.

Filled in an online request and within minutes Jake Worrell called me.
They were unable to help me with my situation, however he fully explained why etc and was really nice and helpful. It was only a stalling dealing with this company for me but they came across really well

The whole process was seamless. I don't think it could have been any better.

The communication was really very good, and I felt I could ask any question.

I would definitely would recommend to family and friends.

I received a call from Jake the day after completing the online query form. He had done his research on the property and gave me the information relating to value and what would be offered. On hearing my circumstances he was open about the fact that they probably weren’t right for me and what I wanted. Whilst we didn’t do business, I really appreciate his honesty and would certainly recommend them to friends in the future.

A very quick response to my phone call enquiry with honest advice given regarding flats that, like mine, still haven't got an EWS1 form. Appreciated the objective advice even though we weren't able to take this any further.

From beginning to end the entire team were incredible. I had been dreading the thought of selling a property which had been neglected and empty for quite some time.
However, Open Property Group made the process so simple. They were professional yet approachable. I would go back to them 100%. Absolutely no negatives whatsoever.
