Open Property Group - Sell House Fast Experts Avaliações

Martyn gave us some really good advice and was helpful and professional , we would highly recommend

Straight forward and honest approach - much appreciated

I was very wary of using a cash property buying company due to the bad reputation they have but I couldn't fault the service I received from OPG. They were incredibly accomadating, and couldn't do enough to help. Both Jake and Jason were on hand for any questions I had, and they made the whole experience ( which I was dreading ) go smoothly. Completion was done to my timescale and if you need to sell your property quickly I would highly recommend them .

Having recently lost my husband I decided to move away. From start to finish Jason Harris -Cohen and the team have been professional, patient and helpful throughout.I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them highly.

Left a message & was contacted by Jake the following day who discussed the issues with my property & set out the best course of action. He advised against selling at the current time! Great service & completely impartial advice. I'll return in due course! 5*

Smooth and efficient sale from start to finish. I was extremely impressed with how quickly Open property group purchased my flat. Highly recommended.
Will use again. Many thanks.

Enquiry about selling my property. Jake got back to me promptly and gave me all the information I needed. Professional and knowledgeable, I would recommend.

I spoke with Jake regarding my flat that sadly has cladding issues. Given the complexities surrounding flats with cladding, Jake was only able to offer 50% of what the company perceived would be the value. However, we did talk about what the offer might be if all remedial work had been completed which Jake said would be in the region of 85% of the value at that point. To be fair the honesty and transparency was clearly evident and I will certainly be contacting him again in about 16 months time when I know my flat will have finished all the remedial work associated with this cladding scandal. As first impressions go - this was a very good one.

Jake was extremely helpful and I would certainly contact them again.

Was contacted by Jake following an online enquiry on the OPG website whilst exploring our options. Very honest and helpful and will certainly revisit Open Property Group in the future

Thank you open property group . Excellent communication from start to finish . Really helped in the quick sale of my property. Would highly recommend.

From the first email to Open Property Group the standard of service has been excellent. They staff have been helpful and have dealt with our property and its sale in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend their services.

I would definitely recommend Open Property Group. Very helpful and gave me some useful advise as our property isn’t suitable for them to buy off us. Very pleasant conversation with Jake

This feedback refers to an internet enquiry whereby I was seeking advice regarding the possible sale of a property with a sitting tenant. Despite the lack of a successful business transaction I was most impressed with Open Property Group’s representative, Jake. His honest and frank assessment assisted me in understanding the current property market and indeed how far out information sites e.g Zoopla are out of sync regarding valuations. I was grateful for the call and happy to recommend their services to other prospective sellers.

Open Property Group recently bought my house and I was really impressed with their level of service.
Martyn was very understanding of my situation and made the whole process really easy for me.
I would highly recommend this company without any hesitation.

Thank you Open Property for making the sale of my property go through quickly.
