Opposite Wall Avaliações

Frames were packaged really well but I nonetheless found a crack on one of my frames that I ended up having to sharpie over. I also noticed another crack that was just painted over. Overall good but a bit disappointed with the cracks due to the high price.

Edit: Changing my review from 4 to 5 stars because of excellent customer service. Sifa from Opposite Wall reached out to me to address my issue with the cracked frames and I am very pleased about the outcome! Definitely would recommend this company.

Extremely pleased by my purchase and service :)

Quick shipping, great customer service, easy process, items as advertised

Bien. C’est ce que je voulais

Classic and wide selection of products, fair pricing, and Canadian! Fast free shipping was an added bonus. Quality items once arrived! Made a second order already.

My clear front came with a smudge marking that would not come out. Contacted customer service and they had me a new one the next week. Very thankful.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from Opposite Wall. I love the selection of frame sizes and the variety of mat openings. It’s a really economic way to frame things. The delivery is quick and well packaged to ensure safe arrival of your goods.

Good quality, shipped securely

Fast service. Corrected my order when needed. Product as described and looks good as final product. I will order from here again.

Prompt service... well packaged and well made product

I purchased 4 frames and a print. The quality was great, frames are not glass but you can’t tell. The print was clear, prices were good and shipping was fast.

Support is very responsive and item arrived quickly via international post!

J'adore mon print et j'ai reçu un excellent service client.

Beautiful frame, arrived in perfect condition, exactly as stated.

Great product! Quick delivery.

The frames look fantastic and arrived quickly.

Hello, really appreciated the real wood frame and variety and pricing of mat options. I'm leaving 3 stars to inform you of the inferior quality of your metal clips. I have other frames with this clip style where the metal is robust and pliable. 50% of your clips (maybe only a mm thick?) snapped off at the tip, making securing the frame backing extremely difficult. I would have happily paid $5 more in the cost of a $50 frame for more robust clips. Thank you.

Loved loved. Have re-ordered 3x!
