Literally couldn't be any easier. I get a notification that my subscription is about to expire, I get a link sent directly to me and just push pay and that's it. Other companies are so difficult and expensive and you have to use cash app to get Bitcoin and pay like that. So difficult. This is so easy and the customer service is amazing. I highly recommend.

I was having some technical issues and I did mistakes installing credentials on tv and my tablet and frustration was taking over me but their tech support guided me through and solved all my issues

Customer service is top tier
Customer service is top tier. Expedited responses to all of my inquiries. I was using another service and continue to have problems with buffing, pixel pictures, program muting, freezing and switching channels in the middle of a program. I tried Optictv for 1/2 a day with not ONE issue. I was convinced to switch immediately. So far im extremely satisfied woth the service. Now I have to switch all my people over to Optictv!
