Great price, service, channel selection
Great price, great service. All the channels plus so many more that i didn't even know existed. Clear picture and no buffering with my home internet. I pay for 3 tvs and can watch different shows on each at same time. Tons of movies and shows Awesome product.

Excellent content and the best Customer Service
I looked long and hard to find a good IPTV that matched a broad offering as well as a robust support system. There are so many promoted by as many false reviews, one has to pretty much get lucky. Well, I got lucky. OPTIC TV has everything I was looking for. Obviously they don’t have everything for everyone, but it’s an excellent balance of Live TV (News, Sports, Entertainment), Shows, and Movies. It certainly works for us, and most satisfying of all is that if for any reason there is a particular show or movie that does not load up - you can just shoot them a message (on WhatsApp) and they respond almost immediately and do their best to fix it - and have. Excellent Customer Service!

Of all the IPTV providers I've tried, and there have been many, these guys are by far the best. Not just with stability but their support has been great. Very friendly and there is always someone there to answer.

Not only is it a great product but…
***UPDATE: you cannot watch two TVs in the same household at the same time or it stops working. This is very different from the other IPTV service we have. Considering each device is full price and we have 5 TVs in the house… this would be just as expensive as regular cable (no multi-device discounts available)! For this reason it is unlikely we will renew since we purchased this service specifically to compare to our other IPTV provider who offers multi-device and is only about $20 per year more expensive (and offers more channels).
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Not only is it a great product but absolutely the best service you could ever imagine; very much appreciated

Ive never had customer service like…
Ive never had customer service like this. Ive been in bars and restaurants and waited longer for help or service. From a person i can see.
This is primo, tutti di capo,nobody will top this; the service itself is unbelievable. The set up is so well handled by the optic team you could be toddler and be able to do it with their help. I already have other similar services and I'm disappointed ive paid them for services i should have paid optic for. Seriously don't go anywhere else.
I wouldn't ever even leave a review of anything but seriously i love this app cos im not a specky gimpshot. But this is the gravy sister!

I am very pleased with the service and customer service. I've tried several IPTV services and this one is by far the best one. I've only had a couple of problems and it was fixed promptly.
