My treatment did not work, I was referred to attend a different treatment two weeks after, I rang the clinic to confirm this appointment a few days prior and was told that this was not possible & I was given the wrong information. At no point did anyone from Optilase ring me about a check up, I had to organise this myself. At no point have I had any response to my multiple efforts to contact this company to seek a refund. At every turn, I am fobbed off and told that my email has been forwarded to the relevant manager. No manager has contacted me to date. This process has been emotionally exhausting for me & I am beyond frustrated with the treatment I have received. I want a full refund, I have requested this multiple times & given empty promises. This was on the 24th of August and we are now in December, and no refund has been made

The optical team couldn't have been anymore helpful... Very informative and reviewed my options thoroughly. All questions completely made clear. I would have no hesitation in returning or recommending to others.

Zoe rang me early morning from the Athlone centre to discuss my case. She looked at my address and my history with Optilase. Zoe was so helpful, instead of having me do a long drive from Sligo she went through all I needed to know on the phone. She is so knowledgeable with a lovely way of explaining all I needed to know.

I had a wonderful experience with optimise from start to finish. Staff were very supportive and explained everything very clearly, answering any questions I had. I never felt under pressure to proceed with my procedure and was always offered time to consider my options. I would highly recommend the service.

The whole process for getting LASIK was incredibly easy and straightforward, the pricing is very transparent and all follow up is included so there's no suprise bills later on. The procedure itself was very quick and all the staff was friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend optilase if you're thinking of getting LASIK .

They actually weren't great didn't know what to do about my situation

The operation and procedure itself was brilliantly managed and really easy. The follow-up care was lovely. However, I found the scheduling aspect to be quite difficult for the 24 hour after care session regarding the information surrounding availability. Additionally I think it would be really beneficial to have an operation centre in the West to provide better availability for the procedures.

The tests were quick, immediate and well detailed review along with more information about laser eye surgery. Very useful and free!

I could not be happier from day1 until the surgery was finished, because they could not use eye design on my eyes the price went from €2200 per eye too €1100 per eye, the staff and the surgeon done an excellent job down in Cork, I would highly recommend.my vision is 2 above 20/20 which is unbelievable from glasses to super vision, cannot recommend enough

Even though I always wanted to get my eyes lasered, I was extremely nervous and anxious about the whole process as I don't like anything near my eyes. At each appointment I was put at ease as the procedure was described to me in huge detail. On the day I felt so comfortable and everyone I met on the day really took care of me. It was all over in about 10mins. The aftercare was terrific and it is one of the best things I have ever done.

Everything about my experience with w was nothing but professional.
I started my consultations in Optilase on south William st. I was determined suitable for surgery and was scheduled in a couple weeks later.
Naturally, I was nervous to get the procedure but everyone in the carrickmines clinic was so warm, kind, patient and professional.
They went to great lengths to ensure my comfort was upmost priority. They explained everything so well and in great detail.
My surgeon was reassuring and very calm. The procedure took less than 15 minutes and was totally painless.
I’m 4 months post-op now with 20/20 vision and I’ve never looked back (no pun intended).
My life has become hassle free, more convenient and less stressful not having to worry about glasses.
