I had LASEK (TransPRK) done with Dr Mani in March 2026 and I can confirm that I am very happy with the results even just one week later.

I had -6.5 in both eyes and have work glasses and contact lenses for over 15 years and I’m so glad to now not need either.

Dr Mani and the team, especially Sheri, were great and answered my dozens of questions before the surgery.

The surgery was very quick itself and the advice I was given was spot on.
The results have been very impressive thus far and I look forward I getting better and better as time goes on.

I had my laser eye surgery at Optimal Vision a week ago and I honestly couldn’t fault the experience. It’s only the fourth day after my lens replacement surgery, and I can honestly say my life has completely changed. After 44 years of wearing glasses — since I was just two years old — I can finally see clearly without them. I’ve been long-sighted with astigmatism for as long as I can remember, and my prescription had recently reached +5 diopters.

When I walked into the theatre, the world around me was just a blur. But when I walked out, I could actually see the faces of Dr. Mani’s assistants behind me — clear as day! I was stunned. For a very, VERY long time I had been looking into laser eye surgery. I finally had the nerves to book an appointment and my only regret is I didn't do it a few years ago. Being 55 means I was only eligible for Lens Replacement surgery. From the second I walked in, Dr. Mani and his team were nothing but amazing. I was told very clearly what my options were and we went through all the tests and I was explained what would happen during and after the surgery. The day of the surgery, like everyone else, I would imagine, I was very nervous. For no reason whatsoever, as it turned out. The whole procedure was over with in less than half an hour and I was constantly keeping updated what they were doing. No pain, no discomfort at all. As I live close to the surgery, I was able to walk home by myself. As suggested, I went to bed straight away and when I woke up, much to my surprise, I could read without glasses, even fine print. Went for a check-up the next day and everything was perfectly fine. We're now 3 weeks later and every second I am surprised with the impact this surgery had on my life. I couldn't thank Dr. Mani and all of his amazing team enough and I will recommend their services to anyone who asks.

Brilliant company with excellent staff! I had LASIK here in May 2025 and I have just had my final check-up with the clinic. My vision is now perfect and I am free from glasses. Where do I start this place.. it is amazing! From the moment I had my consultation to having surgery, they really make you feel so calm and talk you through the whole process. I even had the surgeon call me beforehand to answer any questions I had which is so helpful. All of the staff are amazing and do such a great job.
