I ordered from you several months ago and received the wrong thing. I got the stretch EZ instead of the stretch out strap, although I did receive the booklet for the stretch out strap!!
I haven't used it because I was on vacation for a couple of weeks, then I had Covid.
I hate that I have to spend more money to try to get the correct item.

I was signed in as a Professional and went back to enter my payment info and somehow OPTP kept my shopping cart current but I was logged out of my account. I placed order without receiving my 20% discount. It’s disappointing. I am planning to call customer service tomorrow.

I didn’t receive the item

I ordered a book in February. It is mid April and I still have not received it! This may have been the fault of the US postal system and not the store. The other option was to pay $36 for UPS shipping which was worth more than the book!

Great until I pressed the”Place Order” button , and It kept going back to the “check out” page. Hope the order went through, and went through only once!

Did not receive tracking order from UPS...really want to know when order will arrive...will call today.

Very slow response, I am still waiting for shipping quote. It has been nearly a week. Paid for equipment already.

Not sure if this is a duplicate order, I receive TWO confirmations by email. Difficult to do on an oPhone.

My order was place October 22/21 and I’m still waiting for shipping amount

I ordered the products I wanted and waited two days for an email regarding the delivery and nothing showed up . Then I called the number before closing time and was told that you are closed . Hopefully something happens by Monday ???

I just ordered 3 items. Went relatively smoothly. Can’t wait to get my rollers and cushion!

I have been doing pre-op physical therapy & the practice I go to uses your products. In between appointments I am doing the exercises at home using a belt which actually isn't as efficient & is more difficult. I ordered your Stretch Out Strap a few days ago & it arrived in today's mail. I am so excited. Great product. Great service. Thanks OPTP. I have to go do my exercises now.
