I never recieved the roller with my order, I thought it was on back order but I have come to realize I am not getting what I paid for

Easy to navigate and got a discount code too.

The site is laid out very well. Products are of professional quality and the video's are very helpful and informative.
I've been purchasing items on your site for a long time and never had any problems with ordering or receiving my order.
One think you could do better on is the shipping costs.
It's some times a deal breaker.

Long time for shipping costs and timing confirmation.

I ordered the Treat Your Own Neck guide along with the Makenzie Cervical Roll. I received the roll but no guide. I have contacted customer service but no response. I was charged for both. **UPDATE 3/2** I got a response from this review and the guide is being sent again. :-)

I have a very good experience with OPTP when ordering online. I wish OPTP will have sometimes Free Shipping deals during holidays.

I am unable up to this day 7 months after I purchased an eBook, to download “Integrating Manual Therapy and Pain Neuroscience”. It is so frustrating.

You all were very helpful. I found what I wanted with the agent's advice. I just don't know where the items are coming from and when I'll get it. It would be great to see that on the order like Amazon does. Thanks, Joan

It's 2020... you should be able to quote me the different shipping options & costs without us having to do emails back and forth. I do a lot of purchasing for my company, and yours is the first website that can't tell me expedited costs.

The one item that I was really after is on backorder but other than that it is very easy to order from OPTP!!

I usually don't make purchases unless I get free shipping.

So far, I love your site and product line. My opinion might change if you wind up charging me more for shipping than people who live in the contiguous United States. I live in HI, but we have zip codes, and it doesnʻt cost any more to ship to us that other states. Iʻm currently waiting to see what youʻre going to charge me for a $31 order of three, very light weight items.
Even your standard shipping seemed a bit exorbitant to me, but I would be willing to pay it, as long as itʻs not more than shipping to anywhere else in the US.
Thank you for providing such a great line of products. I hope you will be fair and reasonable when it comes to shipping.
