I called Orange first thing in the morning about water leaking through our ceiling. They were on site within 3 hours and sorted out the problem in less than an hour. Really quick and professional, thank you.

A huge thanks to Tom, Louise and the team for doing a fantastic job on my kitchen refurbishment! With the challenges of Covid last summer, timings were navigated and when the project went slightly awry, communication, transparency and quick action were put in place immediately to finish the project to a high standard. Would happily recommend.

Had an urgent problem with the boiler at my flat. Orange Property attended swiftly, identified the problem and fixed it. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

Orange Property Group - and Jerry in particular - have been brilliant over the last few months when a couple of issues have arisen at the home we rent. Jerry has been to both callouts, and has not only fixed the problems, but addressed any other related issues while here, making sure our home is as warm (and dry!) as possible over winter. We really appreciate it, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We used Orange for some major works on our Locally Listed early Victorian building in the North Laine, Brighton. We had all sorts of party wall and neighbour issues and Orange were incredible in how they dealt with it. The workmanship was superb and all the logistics were smooth. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Orange recently did a number of projects for Kemptown Bookshop - a refurbed customer loo, new heating throughout the shop and the fit-out of the new Bookroom Cafe. We are absolutely delighted with the results and the feedback from customers has been excellent too. Orange were always very professional and easy to work with and we had fantastic oversight from the management team. Their communication was very good and they quickly rectified the odd issue. Overall we'd highly recommend them.

Chris and Jerry worked tirelessly over 2 days to fit a new kitchen work top for us. Our kitchen is an odd shape which meant lots of problems came up. Jerry's expert knowledge resulted in a perfect finish. I've never had workmen in our home unattended but was completely comfortable giving Chris and Jerry a key. The house was left clean, everything taken away. A perfect job! We'll definitely be using them again. Thank you!

Orange property have just carried out the design and installation of a bathroom in our flat including carpentry, stud walls, plaster board, all plumbing, electrics, lighting, tiling, decorating and installation of all furniture. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish as I was given useful advice on how to meet the budget, which furniture and tiles would best suit, and even help with what would look great with the design. Once construction started, the employee charged with carrying out the work was extremely polite and helpful, explaining what he was going at each stage of the project and checking we were happy with the progress. All the work was completed to an extremely high standard, on time, within budget and with excellent consultation throughout. 
I would definitely use Orange Property again and can’t recommend them highly enough - we’re already discussing the planning, design and installation of our new kitchen with them which I feel confident will be finished to an equally great standard!

Orange Property were quick to respond to a quote a fitted the work in quickly. They have been extremely pleasant and courteous throughout, and helpful to explain issues when they arose. They dealt with problems with a great can-do attitude, and we're very pleased with the final result.

Orange is a different planet of building services. They have two managers, Dean and Tom who keep across everything with their eagle eyes and are there for any queries. So as a customer you feel very supported. The team are all skilled in their various different specialisms and trustworthy. They’ve done our garden and are going to do more work on our house. I can’t rate Orange enough. We are very pleased we found them.

Tom was very helpful in arranging someone quickly to come to our house for bathroom repairs. Very prompt service!

We were recommended Orange Property Group by a neighbour, and were very glad to have found them. Our shower was leaking into the kitchen. Tom and his colleagues did a great job diagnosing the problem, stripping out the shower area and rebuilding. They were very easy to work with, the specialists who did the job were friendly, efficient, tidy and effective. And reasonably priced. Overall, we were very happy with the work and are happy to recommend to others.

We are a Letting Agents in Brighton & Hove and we use Orange Properties for several jobs. Their work cannot be faulted, they keep us up to day regularly and each job no matter how small or big is done to a high standard and in a timely manner. Always provide before and after pictures. Orange property are very good contractors and I d totally recommend them. They have been super reliable, have made a great quality job and have been very respectful of my home. They have been proactive also and have given very good advices. I wish all contractors would work so smoothly!

Tom and team managed a bathroom refurb for my flat in Brighton. I live in Australia so was not able to attend at all but Tom kept me in the loop via Whatsapp and got the job done to a high standard in a short time, keeping my tenant's disruption to a minimum.
