The team managed my refurbishment from end to end and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The process was fast (I had a very small time frame!), simple and organised brilliantly. Whilst the build was being completed I was away but they kept me informed via a WhatsApp group on everything I needed to know. The communication made my life so much easier, especially when making design decisions. Not only did I have Tom and Dean on the WhatsApp group but also the builders on site too. What this meant is that I still had control over even the smallest of decisions. Examples such as tile grout, tile patterns, handle positions, I could go on and on. Dave would send me photos to agree first so I always had creative control. Needless to say I was extremely impressed by this and my ‘vision’ was implemented perfectly. I further recommended the team for works on my communal building and our managing agent was so pleased they’re now our preferred contractor. We have experienced issues with our contractors before but I can tell you these guys were reliable, timely and did a fanatic job! Again I cannot thank the team enough! All the best to you all. Jules

Orange property have carried out small projects within our flat, and large projects in the large communal areas of the regency building, including carpentry and new security systems. All this has been done to a high standard and with excellent consultation.
I would definitely use Orange Property again and highly recommended them.

LPG Developments recently carried out the refurbishment of a communal hallway at a large property in Hove, the work has been carried out to an extremely high standard, we have found them to be very professional and have worked hard to ensure an excellent result , we will certainly be using them for future projects and would highly recommend them
