Setting up this service was a struggle, and when I reached out for help, I found no support. Honestly, I think they deserve zero stars for that! On the other hand, I had a fantastic experience with an eSIM in Singapore—it was a breeze to set up. I highly recommend it if you're looking for something hassle-free!

This is the worst experience with eSIM
This is the worst experience with eSIM I have ever had
With bought 3G and was not able to activate and contacted them with the what’s app to advise me to contact with email
They replied my late and was lost so I forced to purchase a local number
Then I contacted them to correct their fault and make the data work after my local number package expire but they said no. It is already activated and you have to use it.
Don’t recommend them at all

Please note that once an eSIM is activated, it becomes managed by the mobile operator on the backend. Unfortunately, we are unable to pause, reset, or postpone the validity period once the activation process has started — even if the data hasn't yet been used. This is a technical limitation common across all eSIM services.
That said, we always aim to support our customers as much as possible. While we weren’t able to defer the data usage in this case, we appreciate your feedback and are constantly working to improve both our responsiveness and service.

Careful of predatory practices
The worldwide country plan isn't worldwide and they tuck the country list away at the bottom. Now stuck with a esim I can't use for even a single day, what a joke.

All in all good but still have some bugs
Fair price, quick and easy installation, data was always available
Cons: Couldn't pay with PayPal
and the registration wasn't convenient, I couldn't registrate just with my email. At the end login through Facebook was the only option that worked out for me.

Thanks for your feedback. We’ve checked your order and see that you purchased a 1GB / 7-day plan. Depending on your usage, 1GB can run out quite quickly, sometimes within a day if used for video, maps, or social media.
Once your data is used up, the connection will naturally stop — but we do send usage alerts when your data is close to being exhausted. You can always top up with additional data to continue using the service.
For future trips, we recommend estimating your data needs and selecting a plan accordingly to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.

We’ve checked your order and confirmed that you purchased a 1GB – 7-day eSIM. Our system shows that the full 1GB of data was successfully used. In order to avoid interruptions while traveling, we send notifications when data is close to running out. Many of our users find these alerts helpful for staying connected.
It seems the experience you described was due to rapid data consumption, rather than a malfunction. Smartphones can use background data quickly depending on app settings, updates, or cloud services. We recommend checking your phone’s data usage settings to see which apps may be consuming the most data.

The connection and data speed was nice…
The connection and data speed was nice and it was easy to install.
But it was a bit tricky, that there was an offer von 4,40$/ 1 GB/ 7 Days
Und directly underneath it was lets say 6$/ 2 GB/ but only for 24 hours???
To be honest, it was my fault, that i oversaw that, but if i am right the next option underneath was also for 7 Days.
So it was easy not to mention it.
