Voglio condividere la mia esperienza più che positiva presso l’Oreficeria Zanetti. Il servizio clienti mi ha seguito dall’inizio fino al momento della consegna del pacco. Il vero gioiello è stato un braccialetto particolare in oro bianco con perle; la lavorazione è perfetta, la qualità dei materiali è evidente e il prezzo rispetta il valore del prodotto. Consiglio vivamente questa oreficeria a chi cerca professionalità, attenzione ai dettagli e un servizio davvero personale. Tornerò sicuramente per i prossimi regali!

In July 23 we stayed in the beautiful area of Lake Garda called Malcesine. It was stunning! Whilst there we called into the jewellery shop called “Oreficeria Zanetti” and purchased a beautiful bracelet and a pair of earrings from the “Unoaerre” suite of jewellery.
We were extremely happy with the service we received, and the bracelet and earrings were regularly worn, until one of the earrings broke, and then unfortunately two weeks ago my wife reported that she had lost the bracelet and didn’t know where this had occurred. As a surprise I ordered a replacement of both items via Davide Fambri on WhatsApp and made a same day bank transfer to him at the shop. Then! On Saturday morning my wife said that she had found the bracelet in the back garden. I therefore cancelled the replacement bracelet and ordered a ring off the suite for an upcoming Birthday. That same say, remembering it was Easter Davide made a same day refund payment to my PayPal account and today, only five days later the jewellery arrived at my office.
I don’t leave many reviews on this platform but I was so impressed with Davide’s customer service, I thought I should post this review. Happy holiday shopping, or remotely off the website.

Ich habe bei meinem Urlaub in Malcesine einen Ring in Weißgold zum Reparieren im Geschäft abgegeben. Ich hatte eine kleinen Brillanten verloren. Ein Neuer wurde eingesetzt und der Ring wurde insgesamt wieder richtig toll hergerichtet.
Er sieht jetzt aus wie neu!

This shop is in the cobbled historical part of Malcesine and well worth a visit. There is a good selection of pendants, ear rings and watches on display. The owner was very helpful and after I decided to buy a Bronze Uboat watch he gave me a generous discount along with helping me with the tax free return form.

Great shop in Malcesine and also good service when you want to order online and for example ship to The Netherlands. Good and quick communication via WhatsApp and great service and follow up on the shipment. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants the finest jewelry.
