This is my second purchase with OriginalFitWear. I love their items. Good prices, quick delivery. I made an error and ordered a wrong item. Their customer team was incredibly helpful and approachable to help me resolve the issue. Will definitely come back!

original fit wear makes a great product! i’ve ordered from them twice and have loved the shorts i’ve gotten. the only reason i didn’t give 5 stars is because of the experiences i’ve had with deliveries. i’m in canada living in an apartment building and unfortunately the delivery company they use, emile, is pretty tough to work with. the first time, my order was “attempted to deliver” but there was no actual attempt to call me or my unit or even let me know that there was an attempt. the second order, they left the package outside the building and it got stolen. BUT the customer service i received from original fit wear was excellent and i got my second order successfully redelivered.

Honestly, This company has been wonderful to me. 1st the products quality is top notch. Ans 2nd the customer service is awesome. They helped me out alot.

Once I ordered my shorts there was a quick response via e-mail. There was also constant communication throughout the whole process from shipment to delivery. In my opinion the merchandise they offer is quality made with many different designs and styles at reasonable costs. Their customer service department is totally about the customer and their satisfaction.
I would definitely order from them again without any hesitation. Thank you.

Super fast service and quality items.

The return policy for this company is intentionally vague, difficult to find, and impractical for international buyers. When ordering an item, their 100 Day Perfect Fit Guarantee states “ We make returns easy and stress-free. If your item isn’t the right fit, simply send it back within 100 days—no questions asked. Get 100% refund, size exchange or store credit.” However there is no link to the return policy or process on the order page, nor the sidebar areas - it’s hidden on the Help Menu at the bottom of the screen on a separate page.

After making an order in March, I attempted to initiate a return due to the size measurements on their site being inconsistent with the actual size of the garments.

Their customer service team shared that their return policy requires customers to cover the cost of the return to their Australian warehouse (although my items were sent from New York, USA). US mailing prices would have made this return to over $327. When asking for additional assistance or consideration, I was met with a reiteration of the return policy with no exceptions. The initial cost of shipment to my address was $8.

After more notes back and forth and sharing my concerns for their misrepresented sizing, financially inaccessible return policies marketed to international customers, I received a follow up of store credit for 2 items. After submitting another order, I learned the caveat of this credit did not cover shipping costs.

TL;DR:
Sizing: Incorrectly noted on site
Return Policy: Misadvertised and difficult to locate.
Customer service: At least followed up to concerns but provided subpar solutions.
Actual items: Pretty solid material and comfortable.

I had some initial issues with the shipping but Cris was very helpful in getting a replacement sent and the shorts themselves are very comfy and look great.

I bought a pair of shorts and two training shirts in April ‘26. I was advertised to on instagram, website appeared UK, all prices in £s, and 100-day return policy. Order arrived to London in 1 week. All too small unfortunately and tried to return. Website said to email ‘info’ to initiate returns process. A day later got an email reply telling me the only way to return was to send the package to NSW Australia. No declared anywhere at point of sale or on their returns page. I’m now having to go via my credit card company to get a refund. They seem to be knowingly doing this, so beware.

I am a newer customer to Original Fit Wear; so far ordered 4 pair because I like the fit. On a recent order I mistakenly ordered the wrong size of one color of the 5" Base shorts. I contacted their customer service and was advised the order was already shipped. I was provided with 2 options; to return the shorts for an exchange. However sending the shorts back to Australia was cost-prohibitive; so option 2 was to receive a one-time credit to purchase a new pair, donate the XS pair to someone and tell about it; so here it is! I did in fact donate the XS pair to a friends teen who just started at the gym; he loved them! This made Original Fit Wear a true winner!
