From the start of this project. When…
From the start of this project. When Carl created exactly what i wanted, with a few of his tweaks in the comfort of my home & did exactly what i wanted it's perfect & at a price that I could afford. Planning wasn't needed with having a glass roof. All the workmen worked really hard in their own field Mark & his 2 sons did amazing brickwork it marries in with my house perfectly. Damon & his assistant fitted the windows & doors in no time at all. Peter the plasterer worked so hard with no breaks for 2 days fitting the plasterboard 1 day, & plastering the next. Matthews assistant from MLB electrics managed the electric spotlights, sockets etc. It all started really well, but got delayed when doing the flooring.

Hello Jocie,
Thank you for your fantastic review! We're delighted to hear that Carl was able to design the perfect space for you while keeping within your budget, and that you're so pleased with the finished result. It's wonderful to know that Mark and his team, Damon, Peter, and the electricians all worked hard to deliver a high standard of workmanship. We're sorry there was a delay with the flooring, but we're pleased this didn't overshadow your overall experience. Thank you for choosing us, and we hope you enjoy your new living space for many years to come.
Kindest Regards, The Customer Care Team.
Excellent service for minor repair!
New windows and external doors a couple of years ago. Very happy with the product and the installation.
However, an external vertical piece of trim at the corner of the rectangular bay window had somehow got loose, perhaps by a gust on a very stormy day.
I pushed it back and wedged it to stop it flapping, then popped into Orion's office and reported it. The fitter turned up exactly when arranged, and refixed it solidly (first displacing a fat spider who had taken up residence.).
Very content!

100% would recommend
We bought our windows and doors from here about 6 years ago. We have had a door drop slightly making it a bit awkward to shut when I called to as for an engineer to come out I was spoken to in a lovely manner and nothing was a problem. I didn’t feel like I was a burden to them (have done a lot of other places) Customer service here is great I would 100% recommend to anyone.
Thanks again Orion Windows.

Carl was professional and polite
Carl was professional and polite, he understood our needs and requirements and adapted the design to suit our tastes. Visited him in the showroom after a home visit and he kept in touch without being pushy. In the end we went with a different option of repairing rather than replacing but had we decided to replace then we would have trusted Carl to provide the service.

Ask fot Carl as your designer. If its possible he'll deliver
Carl has gone over and above during the design phase of our project. We've hit so many regulatory barriers during this design, each time Carl has pulled on his years of experience and "pulled the rabbit out of the hat". Nothing is too much trouble, from render samples dropped off at our home on an evening to allowing time to consider, evaluate proposals and proffessional answer questions. Carl listened to our concerns and consulted with his team to design solutions to each problem. This was a tough design to come up due to so many limitations. But we got there!

In 2015 I used Orion Windows for the installation of double glazed replacement windows. After advising them recently that one of the sealed units had failed they immediately ordered a replacement and fitted it on the agreed date. Communications were excellent throughout the process and I was delighted with the level of customer service.

Excellent Customer Service
In early 2016 the previous owners of our home had a large glass extension added by Orion to the rear of the house. When we viewed the property the extension was a key selling point and we bought the house at the end of 2018.
A fee was paid to Orion to put the guarantee in our name.
In recent months the main door handle has become loose. I called Orion to ask if it was covered under guarantee and to obtain a replacement even if it was not.
Unfortunately the guarantee had ended just a few months earlier. However, Dawn undertook to see if the handle was still available. Not only did Dawn order a replacement handle she supplied it free of charge. Within 2 days I was able to swap the old, worn handle for the shiny new one.
I was happy just to be able to replace the handle. But the service from Orion was beyond what they needed to do.
Our extension continues to be admired by our visitors.

After having an issue with my door I contacted Orion to see if it could be rectified . I received a great service from them , the staff were very friendly and helpful and gave me a clear time frame of when the repair would be carried out . The engineers who carried out the repair phoned before arrival and were equally as good as the office staff .
My Door was fitted 4 years ago , it’s great that Orion still look after their customers so long after sales . Would highly recommend

All departments of Orion Windows are great to work with from making initial interest to placing an order. The fitting over two days was professional and friendly and a follow up visit to adjust a tight lock was just as easy to arrange with a quick response to correct the issue. First class customer service
One of the panes of glass in my patio doors had become misted up, this had been installed 5 years ago. This is the first problem I have ever encountered with any of the products supplied by Orion Windows. Upon notifying the company, my details were found, I sent over photos of the problem and a new pane of glass was swiftly ordered. This was installed within 2 weeks of me first phoning about the problem, all at no cost to myself. First class customer service and a company I thoroughly recommend.
