I ordered a bathroom fan from Orka. They had the best price and free shipping so it was a no-brainer. The only issue I had related to tracking. I had received an email suggesting I download the Shop app to track the shipment, but I didn't want to download that app, I merely wanted the tracking number so I could track it myself. I tried using Orka's tracking tool on their web site but it didn't return any info, so I both called and emailed customer support for an entire week but never heard back. Then, after a week, I finally received an email with the tracking number and the info started flooding in. I also learned that the fan had just been shipped out, so there was a week's delay for some reason. I'm not sure if the staff were on holiday break for a week or what but, apart from that one week of darkness, the experience was positive. I would buy from Orka again as long as I didn't need the product right away.

Lack of communication
My items were supposed to ship out in 1-2 business days, turns out one item from my cart wasn’t even in stock, no one replied to my emails for pretty much a week to inform me of this… it took 2 weeks to the day to receive my order after placing it… items were fairly priced and once shipped, I received it in a timely fashion. The issue was a lack of communication and having items that are out of stock listed in stock..
