Very Disappointing and unprofessional
My order was extremely late and communication was very poor. I was very disappointed. I left feedback saying this and they sent an email thanking me for 5 star review with a link to this site. This company has some major problems.

Ornamentally Awesome!
I ordered several items this past Christmas season and I was impressed with each of them. The ornaments are solid and once I saw and held them, I wasn't as concerned about the their fragility. The workmanship is gorgeous! I will definitely order from here again, good quality and great workmanship!

The company offers excellent products, though does not yet package & ship them with sufficient protection & you should expect at least a portion of each of your orders to arrive broken. Order the insurance. Additionally, they're still improving their capacity to ship items in a timely way, as some popular ornaments have languished on back-order. Responsive customer service! They take care of their customers.

Late delivery.
I had a problem with getting my 3rd ornament. Once I explained that I had reported not getting it things started happening quickly & I received the item within a few hours on the same day. It’s a rather long story but I’ll get to the happy ending. It’s here & I’m pleased with the customer service.

Communication is very good
Communication is very good. The ornaments are well made and very attractive. The packing was not top notch but nothing was broken. One ornament had fallen out of its box. I received an extra ornament that I didn't order. I hope I didn't pay for it, sigh. The date is a guess.
