I initially had a small hiccup with my order, but upon contacting Mae, owner I believe, she began right away solving the issue quickly while keeping me informed with the process along the way.
Order was received with only a slight delay and the items are so adorable! I will order from this company again!

Don’t hesitate supporting this company

This company does not only have wonderfully well made products- their customer service is exceptional. When I noticed that my item wasn’t shipped- it was easy from order confirmation to reply and ask for clarification. I was so fortunate to have a quick response and explanation from Mae who went above and beyond to keep me updated on the delay and assured me I would have in time for our vacation- she did not disappoint- - the products are well made and I would highly recommend supporting this small business. Will purchase again

Mae in customer service is great. After my initial email to customer service, she answered promptly and let me know what the hold up was with my order of two Patriotic shirts.

Mae in customer service is awesome. I emailed to find out how my order is still in NJ when I had an email that it was shipped. She explained in detail about my order was being handled. I’m not getting my shirts right away but at least I know I will eventually get them. I really like the shirts.

My order was shipped on May18th with…

My order was shipped on May18th with tracking. It said it was waiting acceptance to a post office in Oakland, NJ. It is now June 1. I have had zero tracking since 5-18-26. I’ve sent 3 emails to ask for an explanation of where my package, that I paid for by credit card, is located. I received a response yesterday but it was not one bit helpful. My package was shipped. I still have the 2 emails telling me that. I have no tracking so no way to tell where my package is. Your customer service is not good at all. I’m very disappointed in this company and I will never order from it again. If I’m not getting my package then let me know and give me a complete refund. Thank you.

Love my sunflower wreath!

My sunflower wreath is even lovelier in person than it looked online. It is sturdy and well made. It represents my support of Ukraine as well as the joy and beauty in our world. Inventory to delivery

I was pleased with the variety of products when I shopped online, and the prices are very reasonable. However, what really impressed me was how well my items were packaged for shipping. Not only was it great to get my package, but the thrill of opening each item, one after the other, was only made better by the fact that none of these delicate little treasures was damaged in shipping!
They definitely have this figured out- from inventory to cost to shipping and delivery all made for a seamless shopping experience.
