DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY DO NOT DELIVER!!! I purchased a product on February 6th and waited out the delivery timeframe—stated on their website as 8 to 10 weeks. When the scheduled delivery date arrived, the product did not show up. I contacted the company's support team, and they claimed that the product's manufacturer failed to load it into the shipping container on time, so the item was missed in that shipment. Since then, I have been emailing the support team every single day to find out the new estimated arrival date for the product at my home; however, they keep replying with canned, generic responses and refuse to provide a specific delivery date. In other words, ever since April 16th—when they promised to contact their logistics team to obtain a delivery date—they have simply stopped responding to me. THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY THAT RESPECTS ITS CUSTOMERS! They have my money, yet they refuse to deliver my product. To this day, I am left without a delivery date, without an answer as to whether I will ever receive my product, and without my money.

Worse off, no ownership to get a resolution, leaving you to chase weekly, which they respond to saying they'll look into it, but then crickets again...
Absolutely would not spend another penny with them, I would of demanded a full refund had it not been for the unique piece of furniture they advertise as being able to source!

Long delays and terrible customer service
I ordered 2 lamps from Oroa through my designer. They were never delivered. No email, no heads up regarding the delay. My designer emailed and called with no response. Finally I had to get involved. I called and chatted via their website probably 6 times and kept getting the run around. Their customer service is terrible.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I did more digging before I did. I would have seen all of the other reviews describing exactly what I experienced. Unfortunately, inability to deliver the products they sale is a pattern for OROA. They are often selling things that they do not have in stock and apparently have no real way of knowing when it will be available although they will assure you of some ambiguous timeline that keeps changing as the months pass after your purchase. They consistently fail to inform customers of delays. Most people could be more reasonable with their dissatisfaction in the company or their inability to supply the products they are selling if the communication was better. A word of caution to interior designers who have clients to answer to, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Don't let the well staged photos and customer reviews on their site deceive you. Beyond the gloss of "luxury" is poor communication and lack of effective distribution logistics, Beware!

Oroa are going to happily take your money but less happily provide the products you have paid for or support they promise.
We spent over $10,000 with this company on items that they said were in stock in November. They admitted being unable to fulfil and still haven’t returned funds in over 3 months now. Mid February and still nothing - no product and no refund.
Several assurances of “finance dealing with your request” but never any funds. Buyers beware

Ordered a vase weeks ago, never received, no refund.
Ordered a vase 20 days ago. Checked repeatedly why it hasn't shipped because of "quick shipping." The only response is "thanks for your patience," despite the request for a refund. Infuriating. Will challenge with my bank.

⚠️ victime Oroa France depuis 6 mois
⚠️ 11 semaines d’attente !!
Commande le 04 août ‘25, tapis d’un montant de 5500€, SESTRI 3 x 4m.
Arrivée le 17 octobre ‘25.
Ils m’ont gâché l’été.
11 semaines d’attente dans le non accompagnement quasi ABSOLU.
Comportement lamentable.
Premier envoi sans avoir attribué le montant adéquat au transporteur, alors que moi j’ai réglé la livraison Premium, le tapis a été retourné chez eux par le transporteur.
Ensuite, des réponses évasives, mais très très rares, insécurité totale pour rassurer le client.
Incompétents et pas le moindre souci pour mon inquiétude : « ça arrive, on reste à votre disposition, peut-on vous aider avec autre chose ? »
Leurs coordonnées téléphoniques que pour meubler leur site, JAMAIS en presque 3 mois, seulement répondeur qu’ils occultent royalement. Comme ils occultent la centaine d’e-mails, ils m’ont envoyé 5/6 réponses entre autres, pour m’accuser de ne pas avoir fourni les détails de l’adresse, ils ont osé utiliser ce subterfuge.
Colis arrivé dans un sale état, trois mois de stockage j’en sais pas où….tapis d’une valeur de 5500€ !!
J’ai réceptionné le tapis.
Des plis très marqués et la peur de l’évolution de son état, vu qu’il ait été entassé et entreposé, j’en sais pas où, sur les routes en Fr et ailleurs, font que le lendemain de son arrivée j’ai demandé un retour.
Il a été récupéré le 28 octobre, on est le 10 janvier ‘26 et pas de remboursement.
Et pour magnifier le tout, ils disent que le retour sera à ma charge.
Ils ne répondent plus, prête à constituer un dossier pour leur intenter une ACTION EN JUSTICE.
Je peux fournir des photos pour valider mes dires, date de commande et date d’arrivée.
