Hace más de un mes realicé la compra de una librera y, hasta el momento, no he recibido la entrega. Me confirmaron previamente que ya se encontraba en central, sin embargo, he escrito en varias ocasiones y no obtengo respuesta.

We’ve worked with Oroa for our apartments in New York and later in London. They offer an excellent selection of European brands—many of which are hard to find in the US and no longer delivered in the UK. The team went above and beyond to ensure timely delivery, with a very friendly crew. This is our third time working with them, and we couldn’t be happier.

Update 1/8/2026: This company refuses to give me a refund even though they never delivered the table to me. Their partner also emailed me to ask me to remove my reviews in exchange for the refund. I am now pursuing legal action against them. Simply disgusting how I've been treated by this company.

I was excited to get a table from this company and they really let me down. I should have read the other reviews before I made my order. I have been in touch with their Spain office, who never answers the phone, and their US office. I would absolutely not order from this company unless you are sure they can deliver to your location and you don't mind wasting thousands of $$$ (they stole $3600 from me). I am suing this company in order to ever get my money back.

J'ai annulé une commande le 11 février 2025 d'un montant de plus de 1800€, moins de 24h après l'avoir passée, ce que permettent les conditions générales de vente du site. Depuis le 11 février après avoir reçu la confirmation d'annulation de la commande je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé.
J'ai relancé à plusieurs reprises le service client par mail, téléphone, chat, et malgré mes relances le remboursement n'a toujours pas été fait le 16 juin 2025.

This website is crook : I'M in trouble with the French Oroa for more than one month as I purchase a Eichholtz Cabinet that I never recieved. It's a shame, beware of this company : they stole my money !

Great selection of European brands. We took 2 lounge chairs for our living room, good experience with the white glove service. I recommend.

we ordered a curved modular sofa from the brand Eichholtz, we are very pleased with the result.

Ordered 2 chairs and 1 coffee table from them. The chairs from Ethnicraft came packed very well. They are comfortable and chic. The coffee table was packed up in a crate, so the marble wouldn’t be damaged. Shipping company was fast and called me 1 hour before delivery.

Shopping at OROA.com was fantastic. They offer a wide variety of brands at great prices and the customer service was amazing. Plus, the delivery times were impressively quick. Highly recommend!

I got scammed by this company and they don’t answer… They send any refund and I am in a lawsuit process with them.

Ordering with oroa was easy. Took a bit of time for the delivery but they have responsive customer service. Delivery was fine, at the end really happy with our corner sofa. Thank you Max for your help.

I love my chairs!! They look so much better than I thought. Now I need to find a coffee table for them :)

We ordered early March and we took delivery a couple of weeks later. Delivery was easy. Satisfied with the products.

They have been stringing us along about the ETA, we were supposed to receive a table early september, that we ordered in July, We are now November 1st and still no table! They keep finding excuse, and pretended it was the first time this happened! I just did some research and it's apparently a very common issue with them!

I ordered 2 Eichholtz items, I'm very pleased with them. I saw the brand in Dubai and oroa had what I needed.

Thank you for a great experience! I had a good shopping moment. Not to forget to mention, I have some beautiful items in my new house.

Item took over a month to send with them giving no notifications of the delay. It came over Christmas and they won’t take it back now because they say it’s a 7 day return policy. They also charge a 20% restocking fee
