This is the second time ordering from Oromen. Their designs are what first caught my eye. People are always asking where I got my shirts from. Definitely take advantage of the buy 3 get 1 free deal. They have great customer service who respond very quickly. I highly recommend to everyone!

I love the Oromen shirt. It is striking and beautiful. Great material, great details and excellent cut/fit. I'm an Aloha shirt expert - I have so isn't vintage shirts in my collection - mostly Tori Richard and Reyn Spooner. Every once in a while I find a great new brand, which is how Oromen.

So I had to privilege to work with one of the company’s employee named Willow. I had a few questions before and after purchasing my shirts and this person was very responsive and most of all very helpful. Willow went above and beyond a typical customer service representative would. 10/10 in service and 10/10 in friendly customer care. THANK YOU WILLOW!!

Fast shipping, and great communication! Wearing their shirts is like wearing a work of art. Plus whatever this material is, is amazing. Super comfortable, light weight, and breathable. In fact I’m wearing one right now. I highly recommend Oromen!

Shirt is beautiful. It fits perfectly and the cotton cloth is exactly what I wanted.

I’ve had great experiences with Oromen. The patterned shirts I’ve bought are high quality and fit right. I even bought multiples of their “Great Wave” t-shirts after the first one I got, because not only did I like the design, but they’re also quite comfortable.

*I DID FINALLY RECEIVE A REFUND AFTER POSTING REVIEWS AND SOCIAL MEDIA OUTREACH, ALONG WITH MULTIPLE EMAILS AND A SNAIL MAIL.* Another person who didn't get the refund. I followed the instructions, returned my item and all my followup inquiries have been ignores. Oromen owes me $71.10 and is not trustworthy on their refunds.

Received the wrong shirt - falsely advertised. Shirt arrived with wrong materials and wrong color. Poor customer service. Unable to return and unable to get clear customer service. Drop shipping from China. No ability to return wrong orders and customer service not responsive.

Just got my first shirt from Oromen and I'm pretty impressed. The fit is spot-on to their size guide and it looks great.

Googling the company's name finds a lot of pages suggesting they're a scam, but I am satisfied with my purchase and will consider them in the future.

No refund or response after 6 weeks and multiple emails. Three shirts were ordered, none fit, so Oromen approved a return (that also took a couple weeks to process).

The shirts were shipped back, and tracking info was uploaded via Oromen's form, as well as emailed separately. The package arrived at Oromen's facility in Suwanee, GA on October 4. I've emailed multiple times, and the phone seems to have been disconnected. It's now November 18, and the company has not responded at all, or issued the refund.

I submitted a return for 2 mens shirts on Monday. I got an auto response about receiving shipping instructions...so far...NADA. I've emailed them 3 times...still nothing. The sizes run small, that's why I'm returning. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Terrible customer service. Sent the wrong item. Requested a return 4 weeks ago with no response. Since then I've sent 3 emails, one every week, with no response.

DITTO Sarah B as far as no response to exchange. I like the shirts but it's now been three weeks since submitting a return request and the website still says it's under review. I like the shirts. Return request was well within the 30 day return timeline.

I've received zero response to 3 weekly follow-up emails to support @oromen.com

DO NOT BUY. They are a Chinese company who are just scamming people. Shirts are NOT cotton and are nothing like pictures. I ordered 2 for $105, immediately requested a return. They took days to send me return info. It instructed me to ship shorts back and add tracking info. A return was promised within 24hrs of the shirts arriving back to Oromen. I reached out twice and they have ceased all communication. I used PayPal to pay and filed a claim. It was immediately denied because it had been longer than 30 days. Filed with BBB. Despite having a GA mailing address, they aren’t an American company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM **UPDATE** I had to call PayPal (888-221-1161) and they reopened the case because I was able to prove I returned the product and they can see no refund was issued. I will know what the outcome is in 10 business days. I encourage anyone who had a situation like mi e to call PayPal. There is no way to request any of this online!

I bought two shirts that didn't fit. No big deal for a normal company -- took this company 3 emails and over 7 days to authorize my return -- I paid to return is -- they have offered NO REFUND and NO COMMUNICATION -- despite my approved return within the timeframe of their process. It gets better -- they use PayPal....PayPal will not do anything if you do not start a complaint process within 30 days! So in this case - I am now out my $114.20 for the shirts -- AND out the return shipping costs!!!

I bought a shirt from them and they will not respond with return information. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You won’t be allowed to return your item and customer service is nonexistent

I ordered two short-sleeve button up shirts. Shipping took longer than most other mail-order websites. The shirts were shipped from overseas (China). Once they arrived (about 2 weeks after ordering) I found the shorts to be high quality and fit well.

Sizes were off. I submitted an RMA request and offered to pay the shipping both ways. NO response to several attempts at contacting them. Do Not Buy from these people. They are obviously having problems and you'll be stuck.

I stand corrected. Shirts received today, got an email response after posting initial review. Shirts look good. Ordered about a month ago. Could use some work on their responsiveness as I was concerned after hearing nothing for over a week from placing order but the product looks pretty nice
