This is a total scam I deposited 500 got a bonus of 500 total 1000 made 151000. I kow about wager requirement I have to bet 40000 . And I know in crash games only 5% of betted amount is counted as wager . I also know that slots betting amount counts 100% so I betted 40000 from 150000 but still it is saying wager requirement incomplete therefore it's a fake site . I am writing to formally escalate an issue with an active bonus on my account.
I currently have an active bonus with a 40× wagering requirement. Despite continuously placing qualifying slot bets in accordance with the rules, the remaining wagering amount is increasing instead of decreasing. For example, after completing a large number of spins and wagering well above the remaining requirement, the wager amount increased from approximately ₹144 to ₹355.
There is no visible information in my account explaining:

Why additional wagering is being added after bets are placed
