1. Auto-Bet Feature: Please note that games like Aviator have an "Auto Mode" feature. If this is toggled on by the player, the game will automatically place bets for every round. This is a standard game feature and not a bug.
2. System Integrity: We use advanced internal AI/ML technology specifically designed to stop technical bugs. If a genuine system error occurs, our tech detects it and processes a refund automatically within 24 hours.
Please provide your User ID so we can investigate the game logs. If "Auto Mode" was active, the bets stand. If our AI detects a bug, you will be refunded.

Really enjoying the site so far, the UI is excellent and easy to use. Payments and payouts have been smooth without any issues. The only downside is that customer support can be slow to respond. If they improve their response times, this would easily be a 5-star platform.
