Disgusting - rip off - garbage!! Company are an absolute scam, do not order from them. Sent me an awful product and are refusing to follow law and refund me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THEIFS!!

I ordered a night guard from Orthocomfort and had to wait a very long time for it to arrive. When it finally arrived, it was completely different from what I had ordered.
I contacted them by email, but every time I was told that they were still “investigating” the issue. Months have now passed, and I still haven’t received a proper response or a resolution.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ORDER TOOK WEEKS TO ARRIVE TRIED TO CANCEL TOLD I WOULD GET PREPAID LABEL WHEN DELIVERED NOW NO LABEL AND IT COSTS £14 TO RETURN TO ESTONIA. Very poor service ordered has taken weeks to arrive and couldn't cancel now received and waiting for returns label. They took the money immediately! Don't bother using them!

Absolutely terrible waited almost a month for my items they arrived with no instructions straight from china id say cheap and flimsy and now to return them will cost me half the refund as they want the item tracked I’ll never again buy here AVOID AVOID AVOID

Right after waiting 46 days for a heel support. Not an airplane or tank carrier. No goods still. Offered me 70% refund for goods not received to cover postage for goods not delivered. Said will send a new order but lost faith. Will have grown a bead by then. Company registered in Estonia not UK. Goods from China. I advise all not to use. Totally unacceptable and will not give full refund despite asking several times.

This is scam. The product arrived from China. The quality of the product is much below expectations and does not match the picture at all. I am also struggling to get full refund. I am talking to a bot via emails. I am going to report them to authorities.

Just taken delivery of a Flexwrist wrist support strap.
Cost £15.95, took nearly 2 weeks to be delivered. Very flimsy and extremely light piece of material. My opinion is that now I have physically seen it I would not have paid more than £3 for it.

Selling low quality products

It took a long time for the parcel to be received.
Once received difficulty charging.
This is advertised for Seniors, no way is this suitable fir Seniors. Once charged, only held it's charge for about 12 hours, so how can it monitor your health or sleep if you have to put it on charge all the time? Not fit fir purpose. You also can not read the screen in the sun.
When I requested to return this item, they offered a 30% refund, stating i didn't need to return it, take their offer as it would save me time of having to go to the post office, and give the watch to a friend!
I refused, then they made a big thing of having to a RAN number, I persevered and I am returning this item.
IT'S NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, ESPECIALLY FOR SENIORS

For the first time in ages, I didn't look at Trustpilot before placing an order with a new business, but as I had seen it was an Estonian business running the Orthocomfort site, for some reason, that reassured me that all would be well - it's only this morning that I am reading the negative reviews so now feel foolish for not doing so beforehand as is my usual practice.

I have yet to receive my item, as I only placed the order a few days ago, and it was only looking again at the confirmation of my order this morning that I found a delivery reference that when put into the parcelsapp.com site revealed to me that my package will be coming from China!

Then, too late, I checked here on Trustpilot and see that I probably have been scammed and that my order will not be anywhere close to the quality of product I have paid for.

The business operating orthocomfort.co.uk is Estonian, registered as the company Sanovex OÜ in Tallinn, Estonia, and a swift Google reveals that when a business operating in the EU drop ships faulty goods from China to a UK consumer, the EU-based business is legally responsible to the consumer under UK consumer law (if targeted at the UK) or local regulations, requiring them to handle refunds or replacements despite the goods originating in China.

So, if my order doesn't arrive or arrives and is clearly below the standard of product for the price I have paid, I shall be contacting the business at its registered address: Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia and will copy in the Estonian Embassy in UK, including a link to this Trustpilot page as I do so.

If the negative reviews I read here turn out to be a reflection of my experience too, I would hope the Estonian government would be interested to learn just how badly this business is tarnishing Estonia's reputation in the UK.

Wished I had read reviews re my order of knee support.
item not arrived, was given a track number initially that linked to a courier but said needed to download the app. Thankfully I didn't . Then an email saying Evrie awaiting its arrival. Still no update, have emailed company twice no reply. Looking at reviews I am not hopeful and even if does arrive not guaranteed good quality by other reviewers.

I would not recommend Orthocomfort. My experience was disappointing from start to finish. The product did not meet my expectations, and the quality was much lower than advertised. Communication with customer service was slow and unhelpful, making it difficult to resolve the issue.

I had ordered a pair of compression socks which was getting delayed. When arrived it was packaged in an underwear pack. The size which I ordered was thigh high socks. But the size was below knee length.
Please do not buy anything from them. They appear to be fake.

I received a faulty hearing aid that was dead on arrival. I followed the company’s specific troubleshooting steps, including turning the device off and charging it continuously for over 5 hours, but it still fails to work.I sent a formal final notice email to resolve this issue last Monday, but the company has completely ignored my correspondence. They have failed to provide either a working replacement or a refund for a defective product.This is an unacceptable way to treat customers who rely on these vital devices. I am now escalating this issue through my bank and consumer protection services. Avoid this company.
