Ordered a blue pair but I received black ,too tight, too small.I got in touch with them and they offered me 10% refund and suggested I give the shoes to a friend !!!! or return them to China at my expense plus customs and tracking which would cost more that their crap shoes. They even sent a e mail in German to try to fox me!! They would not budge so I contacted my bank ( I always use credit card on line) and was reimbursed and the company was to be investigated. Crooks!! Buy British

Dont buy promises to be orthopaedic shoes not moulded at all very cheap no way of returning feel a real fool for ordering from them

Die von mir bestellte Sandalen sind von ganz schlechte Qualität. Alle Teile aus Kunststoff, teilweise zB die Laschen ungleich und zu schmahl.Die Nähte sind nicht gut verarbeitet. Die Farbe ist nicht so wie bei der Bestellung. Auf meine Bitte hin den Schuh zurückschicken zu können wurde mir gesagt das ich das auf eigene Kosten, cca 40€ machen muss. Oder sie bieten mir 20% an. Die 20% haben ich bis heute (nach cca 1 Monat ) nicht bekommen.
Sehr unanständige Firma, nicht zu empfehlen. Das ist ein Betrug !
ich werde da sicher nicht mehr bestellen.

I cannot believe I am about to write this, but I do need to warn others, particularly as this isn't the first time I've fallen for this ruse. Don't buy from this company if there is any chance you may need to return the item. The shoes I have received are far too tight and small. I cannot believe they are my size as there is no size given on them, so I have no way of knowing. And, to top it all, I have to return these to China at my own expense! Do yourself a favour, and keep away from this company. Another expensive experience that I didn't need.

Habe mich sehr auf den Schuh gefreut. Allerdings war der Versand schon mal sehr lang. Als er ankam war ich dann nicht überrascht das es ein Produkt aus China is. Also ich weiß das ich für 40,- keinen orthopädischen Schuh bekomme, aber trotzdem sollte es nicht so eine Qualität sein. Die Nähte sind nicht gut verarbeitet und stören an der Fußsohle, und es is eben nur ein Plastik Schuh. Sehr schade. Auf meine Bitte hin den Schuh zurückschicken zu können wurde mir gesagt das ich das auf eigene Kosten machen muss. Oder sie bieten mir 20% an. Also nicht mal auf SHEIN oder Temu muss ich das auf meine eigenen Kosten machen. Also ich werde da sicher nicht mehr bestellen.
