The dress I ordered should have fit me according to the size guide but was way too small. One front chest pocket was an inch higher than the other. I knew the material was polyester but it would be better described as plasticyester! To top it all off the colour was not what I had ordered! Hideous- NEVER will I order from these cowboys again.

I placed an order in March and still have not received it - it is October!!
I get an automated response to my emails.

All of my order was sized extremely small and nothing like the pictures. VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️. Will not be ordering anything in the future from this company. $160.00 + lesson.

I ordered a dress which I received and it was nothing like the picture. I emailed customer service twice to arrange a return/exchange, but have never heard back. I love the looks of their stuff and was willing to try them again, but poor or lack of customer service has now changed my mind!!

They steal pictures from other website and sell cheap copies.

Horrible horrible experience. Ordered a birkenstock kinda sandal and got a joke. If there was a way to post the pics i would. Someond had made a cut out from a cork board and pasted a felt kinda material on top and that too uneven in some places and then stuck in the straps. Euggghhhhh.

BAD COMPANY!!! I received a dress which was 3 sizes too small and cheap transparent fabric. They refused to refund my money if I didn't return the dress to China, at a cost of $34, and the dress was $30. I'm sure they're ripping people off all the time. Since they were at fault, why should I pay for return postage? NEVER SHOP HERE...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish I could add pictures.

Absolutely pure garbage the material and the quality of the garments is awful. I can't Express how disappointed I am in everything I purchased. In addition nothing looks like the pictures on the website.

This company is a sham and an embarrassment. Why they haven't been shut down yet, is amazing to me. First off, what they advertise and what they actually send are nothing alike. The sizes are not true and one of the thrown together dresses had a joke in one of the pockets. The poorestt of quality. If I could give a negative star I would. Buyers beware!!!!!! Do not waste your time or money ordering from this shotty outfit. Straight up scam! . I should've done more research. They do not make it known that the company is overseas and the fact that I had to wait almost three weeks for delivery of the thrown together pieces of material they call dresses added insult to injury. I would not recommend this bogus company What a joke. You should Oshoplivebe ashamed for the prices you ask for.. I'll take my lumps this time. Lesson learned. but never again. Two thumbs down!

The absolute worst experience. Customer service is terrible and clothing is awful quality. I wish I never purchased anything of theirs. I returned the dresses and had to pay a 20 dollar shipping fee to China. And guess what?! I never got my money back because they claimed they never recieved it. They probably dont even know where they are located and gave me the wrong address. This company is a scam and a waste of money. Save yourself the grief. They robbed me. Took 80 dollars from me even after sending the dresses back. And I paid for shipping to CHINA!!!! I'm so angry and disheartened by these people.

Everything I’ve ordered (2 tops, a dress, and a poncho/cape) has been beautiful. Material of the items is quality & washes up nicely, and the sizing is accurate. The one time I had an inquiry about an order, customer service responded within 24 hours and was very helpful. As I live in the US, standard shipping takes, on average, about 10 days, so patience is required. Overall I have only positive things to say.

I love how all the good reviews are placed on the same day. Good job Oshoplive for entering fake reviews in an attempt to raise your score. Well there is a completed website on Facebook exposing your fraudulent activity. Just disputed the charge with my bank and hopefully one day you will be brought down for your shady practices!!!!!

These people are thieves. Their products are trashy and you cannot return them. Stay away from them!

So I read all the reviews AFTER I placed my order. I was super worried thinking I'll never get my order OR the quality of the items would be horrible. But after receiving my package yesterday (2 weeks from my order date), I can honestly say that i don't have anything bad to say. Quality of dresses is good and 2 weeks was a reasonable shipping time for me.

I ORDERED A SKIRT THAT SAID IT HAS AN ELASTIC WAIST. BEFORE I PURCHASED IT I WROTE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASKED IF IT INDEED HAD AN ELASTIC WAIST BEFORE I ORDERED IT. I WAS ASSURED IT DID HAVE ONE BUT WHEN I RECEIVED IT IT WAS A WRAPAROUND. I COMPLAINED SENT THEM PICS OF THE SKIRT AND A COPY OF THE DESCRIPTION OF THE SKIRT THAT DESCRIBES IT HAVING AN ELASTIC WAIST. GETTING THE RUN AROUND. NEVER WILL ORDER FROM THEM AND TELLING EVERYONE ELSE NOT TO. I FOUND OUT THE COMPANY IS FROM CHINA. I'M STICKING TO LANE BRYANT AND AVENUE. GOING TO COMPLAIN TO PAYPAL

I will never purchase again from this company
Firstly I was mislead at checkout and wasn't until I paid that my bank notified me of an extra 50.00 was added to my expense when I questioned this I was told that purchases are maid in USD when I checked this
Yes and at checkout it said this but still 50.00 was added
Then on top of this I paid express postage 2_7days and it's been over a week and my purchase hasn't left the factory
There hasn't been any customer care or tracking I have never had this happen before
I have asked for a refund and have had no response
My purchase at checkout was 123.00 including postage USD
Once transaction was maid a few minutes after I logged off my bank confirmed with me 174.00 was taken
I do all my shopping online
So I believe this company to be misleading and fraudulent
Still no response or my order
