Shirts and Fit
I really enjoyed that it did not take very long to ship all the way to Boston, Massachusetts. I purchased 4 shirts of the same size (15). I am a 15 size neck. I bought Newhouse Navy, Lapaglia Blue Herringbon, Kimball Purple Twill, and the Bentley Blue Stipe. 3 of the shirts fit very well, but the Bentley feels very tight around the chest and abdomen. Feels very constricting, while the others fit perfectly.
Is there a reason that this is? Any information would be nice to hear. Especially since I really like how structured and substantial the collar is on that shirt.

We're sorry to hear the Bentley feels tighter around the chest and abdomen compared to the others. While all shirts in the same size should be consistent, slight variations in fabric weave and construction can sometimes affect how a shirt feels on the body. Really?
Really, really disappointed in my purchases. Why?
For a start, two of the items (1 pocket square, 1 pair of socks) I bought because they were both listed as "burnt orange rust". Turns out they were completely different colours!
Next, pocket squares - hardly generous proportions, they're just about big enough. And the material? Stiff, creased and will need ironing every time I go to wear them. At least they'll hold their shape.
Finally, and this is the big one: Otaa proudly brands itself as Aussie, Aussie, Aussie! Nup. Made in China! True, they're designed in Australia, but how hard is it to design a pocket square? Still, it keeps the slaves in China employed.

pocket square Backside ugly
I bought a Pocket square. For that price I would expect the back side to be nice aswell. However it is not nice the colors are in irregular Stripes over the Pocket square. The Backside is visible in some folds.

My package delivered to me 12 days after it shipped (way outside the 3-5 day promise when checking out). I reached out to OTAA two times and they never responded (still haven’t). Terrible customer service. Stay away from them!!

I don’t usually post things like this, but I want to say thank you.
I recently buried my 17-year-old son, and every detail of that day mattered. The tie I chose from OTAA was perfect. He looked so handsome—exactly how I pictured him.
The quality is real. You can feel it right away. It held up, looked sharp, and meant more to me than I can explain.

Slim fit but doesn't taper through the waist - wonderful fabric
The fit of the shirt isn't the best, I ordered the slim fit in a 42L. It fitted well across the chest and didn't pull or stretch but it didn't taper through the waist with surplus fabric creating a billowing look.
The collars are too short so look sunken whilst wearting a jacket despite having the metal collar styas from OTAA.
On the positive side, the fitting to the shoulders was good, length of the sleeves was perfect and the quality of the fabric is fantastic with people commenting on how good it looked.
I won't be buying again which is a real shame, would love to try the 41L but the site wouldn't let me check out with that size despite stock available.

Great marketing - product imperfect.
The marketing, design and presentation is great - the product sadly not equal to the above. A good tie should touch the belt and be long enough to utilise the loop on the back of the tie. These tie are either too short or the back loop is not high enough to utilise. I am 184cm - not unusually tall.
