Great product easy to change the look and feel very versatile

We had to choose our replacement straps visually but when they came they attached by a srew on mechanism that did not work with the interior liner htat was held in place by snaps.

Great products, speedy delivery. Returns could be made a bit easier on the website without having to obtain a ticket first and then wait for the email. Could be a bit more straight forward.

Alltogether a very pleasant experience.

I was so impressed with the whole experience of my purchase.
Living in South Africa everything usually takes so long to get to us but my bag arrived 2 days from order and payment with no trouble at all.

I have never experienced such awful customer service. I contacted Obag to indicate that the natural rope handles that I had ordered with my bag were faulty, because I could not screw tightly the plastic caps to one of the internal rope ends and asked if they could send me a replacement pair of rope handles (perfectly reasonable request I would have thought). However not so, as the rude woman who emailed me back basically said they had never had any problems and that these rope handles were their most popular rope handles -- I have no doubt of that, but mine were faulty: FACT! They were basically calling me a liar, as they not only dismissed what I had said (they kept saying the item had been pre-checked prior to shipment -- clearly not checked that thoroughly otherwise I would not have had to contact them in the first place!) They then said that once they agreed that the rope handles were faulty, only THEN would they send a replacement! I'm sorry, but their conduct is frankly shocking! I have never had a worse customer service experience. I therefore ended up returning the whole bag for a refund. A friend of mine is returning hers also in solidarity. Shame on you Obag! You need to send your team on extensive customer service training.
