A generator would help
It is a bit hard to imagine how the bag looks with the trim, inner bag and handles. So once I received everything the result was a bit dissapointing. The delivery was good.

Hello Silvia,
sorry to hear you have experienced this issue. The screw caps may have develop a hairline crack, which is not visible to the eye and stop the caps from fully tightening on to the end of the handles. Please be assured this is an isolated incident. Your bag is still covered by your warrantee and we can send some replacement caps in the post to you. I hope this helps.

I believe the order is from the O bag Italy.

Fabulous products and customer service
The staff especially Kelly are very friendly and efficient nothing is too much trouble and they always have great suggestions which I would probably wouldn’t have considered. I also love the new y not products.
