I have purchased a total of 3 O bags so far with the lining. I truly like the quality and look of these bags. Every time I carry one, I receive lots of compliments and people want to know where I got it. Also, shipping is super quick. I thought because they were shipping to the USA that it would take weeks but it only took a matter of days. Overall love the bags and would definitely purchase more in the future.

I have three bags and two handles, giving me six different looks. The bags are capacious but light. They are comfortable to carry and sit firmly on the ground.

O Bags has a discriminatory return policy. They only allow returns and refunds from certain countries. All others are out of luck.

It has not been mentioned that the customs is to be paid separately. Kindly write everything ok the website so that its easy.

My wifey is very happy with the bag and all additional stuff she got with it. She wears it nearly every day. My biggest concern is the amount of add ons available which may lead to bankruptcy if she doesn’t stop planning her next purchases...;) Great idea anyway, I love it as well!

A site I return to and buy from far too often. My only critism is that it can sometimes be difficult to find the accessory options for the bag you are considering but once you've found out how to navigate the site it is excellent. The service is exceptional, packing excellent and delivery really rapid. Will have to make the trip and book an appointment with them but am worried I'll spend too much!

From ordering the bag, receiving the bag, packaging and delivery everything was first class. My O bag is gorgeous.
