The only reason I gave them 4 stars because they brought the wrong sofa the first time. But quickly exchanged it and I’m very happy! Christina was great to work with.

The product I purchased was exactly as pictured and I am very happy with it. This review would have been a 5 if I had been contacted by Our Boat House regarding the shipment to me rather than my having to ask them if they had shipped.

Beautiful chairs for my clients living room. These chairs are clearly well built, attractive and will be long lasting!

The furniture is amazing. However the communication is obsolete...after making my purchase and receiving an email receipt, I received zero communication. When I reached out on several occasions, I did receive a response that the furniture would be delivered in March (4 months after purchase). The furniture never arrived and I was not contacted. Again, I had to reach out twice before receiving a response to let me know that was delayed. Then a third delay. Finally, received the pieces. Again, the furniture is very nice...but this company needs to communicate with its customers. For many months, I did not know if I would ever see the furniture that I spent $2400 on.

Hi. We drove from Orlando down. We went to the warehouse sale. We were greated immediately and they asked our names. They were very helpful, looking things up for us and checking inventory. I definitely look forward to shopping there again.

The team at Our Boat House are all very capable and helpful with design suggestions and product suggestions. They put the effort into generating ideas and solutions. In this time of everything being impacted by COVID and delaying orders, they are responsive to update requests.
