Our Boat House Avaliações

Long distance shopping from PA made easy by help from Stacey. Furniture is comfortable. Delivery was great. Totally recommend

Bought living sofa, love seat, ottoman and coffee table. Very pleased with products and customer service.

The service and the products offered at our Boathouse are absolutely second to none! We found designer Deb Yager to be especially helpful and lovely to deal with as we worked to furnish our beachfront condo. We are so happy with all the beautiful furniture and accent pieces they suggested! In fact, our rooms look so beautiful with their furniture that our recent rental tenant asked where we got our furniture and wants to replicate our look! We highly recommend Our Boathouse!

While I appreciate the nice furniture they make, they should tell you there is an extra charge for delivery not included in the price of the pieces you buy. Please be aware of this. It was an extra $234.00 for delivery no one bothered to mention. I got the news from West Express Delivery. The chair, this time only, isn’t that well made, and
I was called 3 times by the delivery service because he had not been given the correct address. Also, their prices have gone up. Don’t think I will be buying from them again😏

Always very professional and very helpful!

The seaglass balls are sooo fabulous!!! I'm on my 5th one purchased. These are the REAL deal! They have the original fishing rope tied around them and I so love their truly authentic, nautical appearance. I now have at least one in every size and color. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

Great couch. Delivery without a hitch.

Amazing customer service and beautiful products. I ordered a chandelier. Not installed yet, but love it already.

They are great to work with and have wonderful products!

Katie and Sage have been extraordinary to work with for my husband and I. We are in our second round of special orders - and have been delighted with the results. Have high regard for this store. Thank you!

Our Boat House Folks were great to work with. Thanks to them for their understanding.

My favorite store! They have the most beautiful things and Everyone is so friendly and helpful!

I had difficulty with a product I purchased through this company which was shipping from the manufacturer. They were very accommodating in resolving the matter and very patient and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend them for beautiful products and great customer service.

Excellent product and quick ship. My only complaint was that I didn’t receive emails from the company when they received the order and when it shipped.

Our experience with Our Boat House far exceeded our expectations. We are extremely happy with our dining table purchase. Joan and the rest of Our Boat House Team were so friendly, helpful, and made sure we had great customer service. We will absolutely purchase from them again as well as recommend them to friends and family.

Jury still out on this review as we have not received nor expect our furniture to arrive anybtime soon. Nice store for the coastal look, non pushy and helpful staff BUT...our first visit to the store we were greeted and explained how they work. "turn around for a custom order is 5 weeks" was in the first one minute of our greeting. We ordered and paid in full for 3 items and told 6 weeks maximum on order. Well, its been over 6 weeks and we are now hopeful to receive our furniture in the next 5 weeks. Would never have ordered had we known this..my personal thought is that the order was likely not submitted at the time I ordered it. At this point we are just hopeful that the furniture meets our expectations. I feel the company misrepresents the time factor.

Simply stated. I worked with katie on the purchase of a number of articles. The process was seamless and the response time was beyond approach. Just outstanding, in all aspests.

thank you!

Beautiful quality pendant light. Perfect size for my foyer. Excellent customer service. They even called me to make sure it arrived and that I was satisfied. I will shop with Our Boathouse again and recommend them to others.

Yes, very happy with the service. Thanks!
