SAME ISSUE AS PREVIOUS REVIEWS.

Customer services replied to one email shortly after purchase, but since then have ignored several follow ups.

Motor on electric bike (Zipper) stopped working after less than 7 months of very light use - averaging less than 2km per use, not used every day.
Bike stored indoors at all times.
Website no longer exists to contact for replacement.

Opening case with PayPal for claim.

IF THE OWNERS OF THIS WEBSITE COULD REACH OUT TO ARRANGE WARRANTY REPLACEMENT, THAT WOULD BE APPRECIATED AND I WILL AMEND REVIEW/STOP CLAIM.

Hi! I purchased an electric bike Zipper Z2, which arrived somewhere on the 18th or 19th of August 2022. The delivery was on time as promised and the bike in good condition. Started using the bike to travel to work which is only about 3-5 miles from the 21st Aug. The bike worked well for about 15 days and then the battery started giving problems. The bike would not work even though the battery was fully charged. On the 6th September was my first email to outdoordock explaining the problem to them, but there was no reply. After a few more mails they finally replied saying that they have asked their supplier to either refund the money of the battery or send me a new replacement battery. Till date I have received nothing, but only promises from them. Another problem now is the handle of the bike has become very stiff. I have not complained about this as I am totally fed up of their customer care services.

Communication with Outdoordock.uk was quite good. Ordering process was easy.
Totally let down by poor delivery. Again waited all afternoon for UPS to deliver and still not arrived.
Find a better courier. Nearly four weeks now, should have been three to five working days.
Still no bike.

I purchased a bike about 2 weeks ago and have attempted to contact them and find out what’s going on to no end, my purchase should have been delivered in 4-5 days, I still have absolutely nothing to say it will be making its way to me and yet I have paid out of pocket for this bike that does not yet exist. Called the number on the website all times of day, no answer. Absolutely mortified I trusted this company, it has landed me in money troubles and caused me so much stress, I wish I hadn’t listened to the good reviews.

it was OK. order was very delayed, and couple things broken on product, not too bad that it needed returning but courier should be more careful with packages.

One of worst company to deal with never buy any item from them I bought a 999£ bike from there online platform after 3 months motor of bike gave up bike was still in warranty I contact them they normally reply after 2 weeks in email and never give solution there is only one contact number which is always off no one contact back if u leave your number
I’m been emailing them to take bike back and return my money or replace the bike no reply really really disappointed

My bike came with damages when approached there is no response it’s been 2 weeks now. The front torch light is not the same they provided different ones , in the picture while advertising the model there was rear foot rest which was not provided. The bike cannot be folded or open as the fittings are damaged. This was my first bike and wanted every possible thing to do to retain it by showing to repair shop with compensation from the company but no one responded..Disappointed with my experience.

Purchased my Samebike a year ago. Bike arrived within a few days, and when something went wrong with the bike David made sure the manufacturer sent me any parts I needed and the communication was good. Highly recommend

I received this order fairly quickly however on receipt and during build I noticed damage to the parcel carrier. Being passed across to Eskute to make my case for the damage they offered me some extras which was nice but not really what I wanted I only wanted what was damaged replacing. However I’m still waiting for my part as it has to be transported from Poland.. why not just remove it from a stock bike…. Or is that just to easy to do. It’s a great bike but the parcel carrier was bent it’s just down to how long I have to wait…

Left pedal wouldnt screw on, advised to buy a new pedal, I wouldnt call that good sevice!

Really enjoying my new bike, great product. Delivered within 3 days. Excellent packaging although this is done by the manufacturer. Good price as was £50 cheaper than the manufacturers.
