My electric bike, an Eskute Voyager is better than expected even though it’s early doors. Delivery was excellent and building my bike took an enjoyable hour and a half. Only draw back was an operational hitch which was settled quickly. Would use this company again.

Very good service and helpful when I had an enquiry

My bike was slightly damaged on delivery, probably in transit as the box wasn't exactly sturdy & was dented in places. I complained & requested either a small refund in price or a replacement. This company responded promptly to my complaint & I eventually accepted a revised offer of a £50 refund.

Very good service,still not tried out the bike fully but it seems to be just what it says.

Onebot bike, not as advertised, poor manufactured,ie, main peddle sprocket is made of mild steel, it buckled within 100mtrs
Charged battery as stated but ran out within 25 mins just standing there while trying to straighten up sprocket, tried to get info from company still waiting for reply since begining of december, tyres & tubes are rubbish very inferior rubber, im now having batteries replaced with local company also new sprocket made, ive gone to halfords & replaced tubes & tyres, i know this effects warrenty but what can you do if company doesnt reply, maybe they will after this write up, so there maybe an update, fingers x cn

Quick and easy order and against all expectations, it arrived first thing the next day, Christmas Eve.

Everything is as expected .Good value for your money. Arrived on time. Easy to put together. Can't comment on performance as only used once so far.

Lol they cancelled my order midway through shipping and all emails bounced back so I contacted bank to refund it

Not the performance for the price I paid but overall it’s ok pure electric lasts for 15-18 miles off charge and paddle assist is not even good it hardly gives boost and can’t even go over 12 m/h.

Eskute Voyager has transformed my cycle rides from being 1 mile to 20 miles per day. Having had a severe road accident in 1973, I had 34 years with a straight left leg. I have had knee replacement surgery so my ebike is maintaining and improving the mobility in my legs.

Abysmal track and trace. Keeps changing from "Consignment transmitted" to "Arrived at delivery depot" then again to "Arrived at collection depot" and back to "Consignment transmitted"

The support they have on their website is mostly "unavailable" and I'm left chatting with a bot that fails to provide any information if I ask for my order status. I've tried countless times now to get in touch with these people. I'll wait a couple more days, if same continues, I'm cancelling this order and this review will be 1 start instead of 2 star review.
